0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Don Brazini! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Sergei Dronov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brazini shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bodhidharma but Bodhidharma pushes him off and we're back to square one. Brazini throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bodhidharma's waist but Bodhidharma gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brazini off to one side. Bodhidharma throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Brazini shoots in looking for a takedown. Bodhidharma tries to sprawl out of it but Brazini keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Bodhidharma manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Damo Bodhidharma has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Don Brazini. Bodhidharma swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Brazini counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Brazini. Bodhidharma looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Brazini puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Bodhidharma gets back to full guard.

Brazini is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Brazini is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Brazini is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Bodhidharma bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Brazini's guard. Bodhidharma thows a big elbow that misses. Bodhidharma wants to get up but he can't break Brazini's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Brazini controlling the position. Bodhidharma trying to control but Brazini is working from the bottom. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
That's three minutes gone in the round. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Brazini is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bodhidharma is controlling him.
We're going to have a standup here because Damo Bodhidharma wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Bodhidharma throws a lazy uppercut
and Brazini counters with a shoot takedown. Bodhidharma fights it but they end up in guard. Bodhidharma is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bodhidharma on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bodhidharma tries to get out of the position. Bodhidharma trying to control the position.
Bodhidharma has his foot on Brazini's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Brazini works his way back into a safe position though. Bodhidharma is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Bodhidharma is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Brazini is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Brazini looking to pass the guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Brazini wants to control from the top but Bodhidharma keeps moving. Bodhidharma tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bodhidharma throws a combination that misses so Brazini counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Brazini won't allow Bodhidharma to sweep him here. Bodhidharma keeping moving, preventing Brazini from controlling successfully. Bodhidharma striking off his back but it's not causing Brazini any problems. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Don Brazini dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Bodhidharma is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Bodhidharma works his way to full guard. Good work. Bodhidharma utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Brazini must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Brazini trying to control but Bodhidharma is working from the bottom. Bodhidharma manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Brazini manages to get himself to full guard.
Brazini can't keep his opponent in guard - Bodhidharma advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brazini looking for submissions off his back. Brazini is staying active underneath Bodhidharma, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Brazini tries to roll over but Bodhidharma keeps him under control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Brazini is controlling Bodhidharma's position as best he can from this difficult position. Bodhidharma tries to pass to full mount but Brazini defends it. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Bodhidharma is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Brazini is just riding it out for now. Bodhidharma eventually gives up the hold. Bodhidharma is thwarting Brazini's attempts to control the position. Brazini is looking to improve his position.

Bodhidharma can't control as he wanted to and Brazini manages to get the fight back to his half guard. Bodhidharma thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Brazini looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Brazini trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Bodhidharma trying to control but he's not successful this time. Brazini is trying to reverse the position but instead Bodhidharma has taken his back - oops! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dentalplan tries to clinch and Hector connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Dentalplan closes the distance looking to clinch enabling Hector to counter with a crisp jab. Dentalplan throws a nice looking combination but Hector bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hector drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hector trying to control the action but Dentalplan is working from the bottom. Hector cracks Dentalplan with an elbow. That is naaassty. Sloppy strikes there by Hector. Dentalplan dodges the ground and pound from Hector. Hector looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Dentalplan is avoiding damage well.
Dentalplan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hector on the ground.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hector accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Hector is pushing down on Dentalplan's leg trying to pass to half guard. Dentalplan is fighting to maintain full guard but Hector has managed to sneak the leg through. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dexter Hector showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

A nice elbow there by Hector. Hector lands a big shot there that rocks Dentalplan but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Hector looking to finish Dentalplan with some ground and pound. This is bad for Dentalplan! Hector trying to control but Dentalplan is having none of it. Hector lands a nice shot to the head. Hector landing strikes from the mount and Dentalplan is in trouble! Hector unloading with bombs! Hector pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. BOOM! Hector connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Punchdrunk Dentalplan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hector lands a heavy elbow.
And that's the end of the fight! Dexter Hector comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hector has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pulemetov misses with a double jab.
Pulemetov darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Mwesigwa tries for a takedown but Pulemetov sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Pulemetov. Mwesigwa shrugs it off though. Mwesigwa is breathing heavily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Pulemetov turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Mwesigwa takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Pulemetov looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Pulemetov backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Mwesigwa's temple! It sends Mwesigwa violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Pulemetov celebrates and the doctors try to help Mwesigwa!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jones throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Stone's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Jones dives in looking to finish as Stone flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Jones's strikes! Jones is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Stone's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Stone was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Kalik bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Kalik is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ojagverdiev knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Ojagverdiev is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the ropes but Kalik has just dragged him back down to the mat. Kalik thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. No, Ojagverdiev has managed to get both his arms back between Kalik's legs - danger averted. Kalik pushes a forearm under Ojagverdiev's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Ojagverdiev is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nowak throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Silva was covering up waiting for the punch and Nowak finishes the takedown easily into guard. Nowak not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Nowak wants to pass the guard but Silva is keeping the position.
We're going to have a standup here because Szymon Nowak wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Silva shoots and misses and Nowak counters by moving into the clinch. Nowak swings wildly with an uppercut but Silva uses good head movement to avoid it. Nowak fails to pull guard.

Light is pressing down on Gamaz's thigh, looking to free his foot. Gamaz is holding on for now. Gamaz moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Gamaz is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Gamaz scrambles and gets back to his feet.

He's up against the ropes, ducking and weaving under Gamaz's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Light falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Mouse works a leg free and moves into half guard. Mouse throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Mouse throwing shots but Timmy is blocking nicely. Mouse is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Timmy can do anything to dispel that myth. Timmy is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Mouse scores with a couple of nice shots. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Timmy tries to get to full guard but Mouse has control of the leg. Mouse landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Timmy has hold of Mouse's hands but Mouse slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
It looks like Wilson Timmy has been cut. Timmy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Timmy avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Mouse. Mouse has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Timmy defend it? Mouse steps over the head and cranks it - Timmy is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Mouse!
