A telegraphed takedown attempt from Zacepin is defended easily by Jones.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luis Michaels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Shaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michaels's entrance music is Dead on Arrival by Billy Idol. A fine choice. Eric Shaw struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 207.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Michaels tries to bum rush Shaw with a series of wild strikes but Shaw uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fingers lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The cut above Maurice Brown's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
