Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tyler Gerbe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ronimus Roidrage! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Roidrage crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gerbe - the referee stops the clock and Roidrage gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gerbe. Roidrage manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. A low kick from Gerbe is predictable there and Roidrage counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Tyler Gerbe has been cut. Roidrage throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Gerbe misses with a low kick.
Roidrage looks for the body kick but Gerbe saw that one coming. Roidrage pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Look low, kick high! Roidrage uses the oldest trick in the book to send Gerbe tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Roidrage is absolutely delighted - when Gerbe wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, jab by Sagat - just one landing. Sagat stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. A lazy left from Sagat finds it's target. Sagat dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rattanakrabi. That did some damage! Rattanakrabi slips under a jab from Sagat. Rattanakrabi takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Sagat swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rattanakrabi drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Rattanakrabi throws a leg kick and Sagat counters with a lovely straight right hand! An inside leg kick lands from Sagat. Good work by Rattanakrabi as he checks the leg kick. Sagat lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rattanakrabi takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A telegraphed right hand from Sagat misses the target. Rattanakrabi avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Sagat gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Rattanakrabi.
It looks like John Sagat has been cut. Sagat with a jab. Rattanakrabi blocks a head kick by Sagat.
Sagat throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sagat takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Sagat misses with a hook. Rattanakrabi ducked under it nicely. Sagat darts in trying to clinch and Rattanakrabi counters with a stiff right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Rattanakrabi wants to clinch. Sagat throws a combination that misses and Rattanakrabi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sagat takes a swing at Rattanakrabi's ribcage but misses. Rattanakrabi does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Sagat misses with a wild body shot. Rattanakrabi bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Rattanakrabi throws a sloppy head kick and Sagat moves out of range easily. Sagat throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rattanakrabi. John Sagat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sagat scores with a jab to the head.
Sagat smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Rattanakrabi tries to clinch but Sagat moves out of range. A jab from Sagat misses. A looping hook to the body misses from Rattanakrabi. Sagat does a little dance to reset his feet. Rattanakrabi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Rattanakrabi on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Sagat doesn't manage to clinch there - Rattanakrabi circles away.
Sagat turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Sagat dodges the punch combination from Rattanakrabi.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sagat connects with a jab. Rattanakrabi blocks a leg kick. Sagat is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Rattanakrabi looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Sagat checks a leg kick. Rattanakrabi scores with a jab to the head.
Sagat looks to land a combination but Rattanakrabi avoids it well. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sagat lands a slapping body shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sagat misses with a two punch combination.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rattanakrabi slips under a jab. Rattanakrabi misses with a straight left. Sagat connects with an inside leg kick. Sagat misses with the combination.

and Sagat makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Sagat lands a really nice looking cross but Rattanakrabi seems unphased.
Rattanakrabi takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Sagat throws out a loose jab but Rattanakrabi uses good head movement to avoid it. Sagat moves out of range as Rattanakrabi strikes. Sagat misses with a body shot
and Rattanakrabi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sagat lands an overhand right. Rattanakrabi drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rattanakrabi scores with a kick to the body.
Rattanakrabi throws a low kick but it's checked well by Sagat. Sagat pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Good standup being displayed there by Sagat as he connects with a hook. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sagat lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Sagat moves in looking to clinch but Rattanakrabi pushes him off. Rattanakrabi rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sagat counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Rattanakrabi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sagat was well out of range. Poor timing from Rattanakrabi. Mongkutsutt Rattanakrabi seems to be getting the better of the standup. Rattanakrabi misses with a kick to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sagat takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Rattanakrabi swings widly with a right hand
and Sagat counters with a low kick, right behind Rattanakrabi 's knee. Sagat tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rattanakrabi was well out of range. Poor timing from Sagat. A low kick from Rattanakrabi misses and Sagat counters with a big head kick but Rattanakrabi shrugs it off. Rattanakrabi throws a leg kick that is checked and Sagat makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Rattanakrabi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sagat moves away. Sagat feints and then cracks Rattanakrabi's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rattanakrabi down. Rattanakrabi throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Sagat pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rattanakrabi is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Sagat throws a body kick that misses. Sagat throws a nice inside leg kick. Rattanakrabi shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Rattanakrabi stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Sagat. Crunch! Sagat slams his shin into Rattanakrabi's torso. Rattanakrabi is breathing heavily. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sagat misses with a few strikes there.
Rattanakrabi needs to keep his hands up - Sagat had a free shot at his head there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Sagat dominated that second round. The cut man is working on John Sagat's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Rattanakrabi moves to clinch but Sagat breaks away and Sagat counters with a straight right hand.

and Sagat connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Rattanakrabi throws a lazy head kick and Sagat counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Sagat is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Sagat fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. A head kick misses from Sagat. Rattanakrabi throws a solid leg kick but Sagat takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Rattanakrabi. Rattanakrabi misses with an uppercut
and Sagat counters with a straight right hand.

Sagat scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Rattanakrabi takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Rattanakrabi throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Rattanakrabi has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Sagat. Sagat feints and then cracks Rattanakrabi's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rattanakrabi down. Sagat checks the leg kick. Rattanakrabi moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Rattanakrabi with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sagat to score with a decent uppercut. A solid leg kick lands there for Sagat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rattanakrabi misses with a body shot
and Sagat counters with a series of strikes. Rattanakrabi will be more careful next time no doubt. Rattanakrabi on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Rattanakrabi thows a leg kick but Sagat checks it and Sagat counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Rattanakrabi takes a swing at Sagat's ribcage but misses. Sagat scores with a sloppy right hand. Rattanakrabi should have avoided that one. Rattanakrabi has closed the distance and engaged Sagat in a clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sagat lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Rattanakrabi backwards. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sagat creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Sagat comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. A left hand lands to the body for Sagat.
Sagat throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Rattanakrabis head. Sagat stalling in the clinch.

That has opened up Mongkutsutt Rattanakrabi's cut even more. Sagat scores with a nice hook to the head.
Rattanakrabi is rocked! Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Sagat. Sagat tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Rattanakrabi has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Sagat with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Rattanakrabi is still on wobbly legs! Can Sagat finish him? Sagat managing to block the knees to the body from Rattanakrabi.
Rattanakrabi seems to have recovered his senses. Sagat lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Rattanakrabi or not. Sagat lands with a short shot to the head. Sagat lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Rattanakrabi backwards. Sagat lands with a left to the head. Sagat makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Sagat stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Sagat lands a left hand.
Sagat lands a nice uppercut. Sagat pushes Rattanakrabi back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Sagat digs a right hand underneath Rattanakrabi's ribcage. Rattanakrabi let out a lung full of air as it connected. A short right hand to the side of the head by Sagat. Sagat scores with an uppercut up the middle. A hook to the body from Sagat.

Rattanakrabi is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Sagat misses with a knee to the head. Sagat effectively controlling the action here. A battle for position here, against the cage. Sagat avoiding damage as Rattanakrabi throws knees to the body.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rattanakrabi with an attempt at a knee that misses.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Naja closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Garcia trying to control but Naja postures up.
Naja trying to mount his opponent but Garcia defends it. Naja is looking to take a break and control but Garcia is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Garcia punching from the bottom.
Garcia controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Naja seems to be looking for submissions.
Garcia has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Naja seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Garcia does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Garcia wants to control but Naja is keeping busy and won't allow it. Naja working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Garcia's thigh. Garcia counters though and makes it back to full guard. Garcia looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Garcia is on top in guard.
Naja looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Garcia puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Garcia controlling the pace. Garcia prevents Naja from improving his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Garcia controlling the action here. Naja tries to get to full guard but Garcia has control of the leg. Naja is pressing down on Garcia's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Naja looking for a sweep. Not yet Naja, not yet. Garcia controlling from the top position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Marcelio Garcia. Garcia fails with the takedown and Naja counters with a nice double leg into side control. Garcia won't be happy with that. Garcia is looking to reverse the position. Naja working the head with strikes. Naja tries to move into full mount but can't pass Garcia's legs. Naja working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Garcia gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Naja is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Naja trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Garcia is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Naja frees his head nicely. Oh but Garcia has switched to an armbar! Naja is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Svensson throws a hook but Pak blocks it. A shot to the liver by Pak. Beautiful body shot. A telegraphed right hand from Pak misses the target. Svensson misses with a series of wild punches.
A big left from Svensson misses. Svensson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Svensson swings for the body but Pak moves out of range.

Pak moves out of range of the strikes. Svensson throws a jab but it's blocked by Pak. Pak looks to land a right hand but Svensson moved out of range. Pak with a nice cross. Svensson dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Pak throws a lazy right hand but Svensson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Nice straight punches there by Pak. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Pak.
Svensson is rocked! Svensson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Svensson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Pak. Pak feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Svenssons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Svensson is still on wobbly legs! Can Pak finish him? Pak thuds a left hand into Svensson's body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pak ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Svensson's jaw. Svensson's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Pak does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! House throws a jab when Kramer was well out of range. Kramer drives through and clinches with House against the cage.
A battle for position here, against the cage. Kramer has had enough of the clinch but House keeps him there for the moment. House throws a head punch that misses. House lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
It looks like Dino Kramer has been cut. Still in the clinch, House scores with a nice short uppercut. House works on Kramer's body with a couple of short punches. House lands an uppercut. House tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. A body shot lands from House.
House has Kramer pressed against the cage.
House works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Kramer looks gassed! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kramer takes a shot to the head. House breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Bradley throws a leg kick which misses Burns's front leg but catches the back leg as Burns tries to avoid it. Bradley pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Burns's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Nice cross by Bradley. Bradley lands a really nice looking cross but Burns seems unphased.

Rand gets through David's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. David breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
