The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lopez takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Nover connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Nover takes a swing at Lopez's ribcage but misses. Nover will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Horrible takedown by Lopez or perhaps it was just good defense by Nover which made him look bad. Nover comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Nover throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Nover keeps the fight on the outside. Nover looks to land a combination but Lopez avoids it well. Lopez takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nover stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Oh Lopez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Lopez loses concentration momentarily and Nover pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Lopez crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Nover finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karl throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Marko's head. Karl wants to clinch up but Marko keeps it at a distance. Karl misses with a head kick.

Marko changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Karl looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Karl is trying to get back to half guard. Karl knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Head.
Head throws a combination that misses and Hazzard counters with a stiff right hand. Head misses with a body punch
letting Hazzard counter with a right hand. Head lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hazzard circles away quickly and effectively. Hazzard blocks a head kick by Head.
Hazzard closes the distance looking to clinch and Head counters with a straight right hand. Hazzard looks to clinch letting Head counter with a right hand. A head kick by Head misses and Hazzard counters by moving into the clinch. Head jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hazzard walks away with a smile on his face. Head gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Head circles away from the clinch attempt and Head counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Head breaks from the clinch.
Hazzard moves to clinch but Head breaks away and Head counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Head throws a sloppy head kick and Hazzard moves into the clinch.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goenji ducks under a wild hook from Wong. Goenji shoots in for a takedown but Wong shows good takedown defense. Goenji tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wong sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Goenji somewhat. Goenji doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Goenji shoots in looking for a takedown. Wong tries to sprawl out of it but Goenji keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wong manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mizuro Goenji. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Wong really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Goenji. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Goenji in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

That's going to take a lot out of him. A jab from Wong finds it's way through Goenji's defenses.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Wong stalks Goenji and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Goenji's face. Goenji staggers backwards, shaken. Dennis Wong is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Goenji cracks Wong with a right hand to the side of the head. Goenji misses with a head kick.

and Wong counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Goenji will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
And that's the end of the fight! Dennis Wong comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Wong has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Royce Gracie! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Fullton prevents Gracie from improving position. Fullton tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Gracie wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Gracie postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Fullton is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Gracie wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fullton keeps working. Gracie is trying to get an arm triangle but Fullton is defending well. Fullton tries to bench press Gracie off him but Gracie keeps the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Fullton regains half guard. Fullton looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Gracie tries to pass to full mount but Fullton defends it. Gracie takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Gracie decides to stand and escape the position. Gracie has his takedown stuffed and Fullton connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Fullton stalks Gracie and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gracie's face. Gracie staggers backwards, shaken. Gracie throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Fullton tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Gracie is in Fullton's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fullton looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Gracie wants to stand but Fullton is controlling his posture from full guard. Fullton looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gracie is one step ahead there. Gracie wants to get up but he can't break Fullton's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Gracie gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Fullton fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gracie manages to avoid it. Gracie tries for a takedown but Fullton circles away easily so Fullton counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gracie is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Fullton defends well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fullton can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Gracie is trying to control the position but Fullton postures up. Gracie looking for a guillotine here but Fullton defends easily.
Fullton slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Royce Gracie will probably get the nod. That's time! Fullton's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Fullton looks to land a combination but Gracie avoids it well. Gracie misses with a head kick.
Gracie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Fullton connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Fullton closes the distance and lands a one-two. Gracie is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Fullton's half guard. Fullton trying to control from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie wants to stand up but Fullton has a hold of him and won't allow it. Gracie stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Fullton to get to his feet. Fullton misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fullton uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gracie.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Travis Fullton wasn't doing enough on the ground. Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fullton is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Fullton circles away and we're back to standing. Gracie has his takedown stuffed and Fullton counters with a nice double leg into guard. Travis Fullton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Royce Gracie. Fullton avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Fullton wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving. Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fullton gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Gracie has control of Fullton's left arm, preventing Fullton from doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Travis Fullton dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Fullton dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Fullton with a lazy takedown attempt so Gracie counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Fullton is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Gracie gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Fullton darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Gracie is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Fullton is tapping! Great win for Gracie!

Summers tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hirai is in Summers's guard. Summers can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hirai controls the pace. Summers has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hirai can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Hirai pushes down on Summers's leg and manages to get into half guard. Hirai works his foot free and advances to mount. Summers really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hirai. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Summers is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
