Griffin on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

It looks like Peter Griffin has been cut.
Carter throws out a loose jab but Griffin uses good head movement to avoid it.
Griffin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jerome Carter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carter misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

and Griffin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Griffin on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Carter connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Griffin tumbling to the canvas! Carter pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Griffin was done - good stoppage!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ruoska is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches McNulty flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! McNulty is out cold! Ruoska holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
