The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ceniza swings for the body but Gracie moves out of range.
Gracie tries to sprawl but Ceniza drives through with a takedown into half guard. Ceniza throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Gracie trying to control here.

Gracie working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ceniza. Gracie has his foot on Ceniza's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ceniza works his way back into a safe position though. This has been an exciting period of action! Gracie is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Ceniza has his hands clasped together but Gracie extends an breaks Ceniza's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Gracie .

It looks like Hanzo Judo has been cut. Judo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown enabling Jayme to counter with a crisp jab. Judo on the wrong end of a nice hook. Judo tries for a takedown but Jayme sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Judo takes a shot right to the bread basket. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Judo fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hanzo Judo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Judo misses with a lunging right hand
and Judo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Judo is breathing heavily. A combination from Jayme does no damage. Judo tries to clinch there but Jayme circles away.

Secam wants to control the pace but Jack is squirming around nicely. Secam is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Jack has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Jack! Jack is looking to stand up but Secam won't let him.

Secam escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jack gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Secam wants to sweep here but Jack controlling him for the moment. Secam looking for a guillotine here but Jack defends easily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Secam looking to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jack trying to control the position from guard on top but Secam is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Secam working a defensive guard here.
Secam pulls Jack in close to his closed guard and prevents Jack from doing any damage or advancing position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Jack misses with a kick to the body.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Secam shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jack but Jack pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jack connects with a solid leg kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That sent Secam stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Secam shoots in but no luck this time. Jack clobbers Secam with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Jack scores with a nice right hand.
Jack dips to his left and cracks Secam with an uppercut! Secam has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Jack.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jack thows a body shot but no joy. Jack delivers a nice body kick. Jack pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Secam takes a shot right to the bread basket. Jack with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Secam will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Secam takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Jack. Nice body kick there by Jack. Jack scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Secam will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. A jab from Secam misses. Jack lands a lovely overhand right. Pal Secam is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Secam blocks a head kick by Jack.
A head kick misses from Jack. Jack lands a jab-cross combination. Samurai Jack seems to be getting the better of the standup. Secam shoots in for a takedown but Jack shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Jack throws a head kick but Secam moves out of range.

Secam sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. This has been an exciting period of action! Nice jab there from Jack. Jack throws a series of punches but Secam avoids them all with ease. Secam walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Jack. Jack is looking to land body kicks. Jack misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jack scores with a jab. Secam acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Jack pushes Secam away with a front kick. Jack throws a hook but Secam blocks it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Secam shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jack pinned against the cage. Jack gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Secam gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jack cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Jack wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Secam takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. A punch combination from Secam misses. Jack throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Jack throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Secam blocks a head kick by Jack.
Jack stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Secam takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Secam looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Jack scores with a kick to the body.

Horrible takedown by Secam or perhaps it was just good defense by Jack which made him look bad. Jack has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jack lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Jack throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Secam's head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jack dips to his left and cracks Secam with an uppercut! Secam takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Jack throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Secam sees it coming and avoids it easily. Nice jab there from Jack. Jack keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Jack pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Secam back to the cage. Jack follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jack blocks a head kick by Secam.

And that's the end of the fight! Samurai Jack comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Jack winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Marko connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
