Cola throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Ciagnie stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Cola follows into mount!

It looks like John Ciagnie has been cut.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cola wants to finish this one by submission but Ciagnie is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Cola.

Cola throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Ciagnie has his hands clasped together but Cola breaks the hold and Ciagnie is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Cola!
