The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Silva looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Toney connects with a nice looking jab.
Silva shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Toney counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Silva shoots and misses and Toney counters with a lovely shot to the body. Toney lands a nice shot to the body.

Toney dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Silva with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Toney to score with a decent uppercut. Toney works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Toney connects with the punch. Toney gets a takedown into half guard. Toney controlling the pace.

Toney ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Silva takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Donk. Toney catches Silva right on the button with a cross. Toney tests Silva's chin there with a solid looking shot. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Toney's corner calls for a 1-2. Toney obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Toney jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Toney pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Silva back to the cage. Toney follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Silva manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Silva has his foot on Toney's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Toney works his way back into a safe position though. Silva wants to stand but Toney is controlling the position. Toney avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

And that's the end of the fight! Jeremy Toney comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Toney has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jelen gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Marins counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Marins. Jelen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Marins is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Jelen is controlling Marins's posture. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jelen can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Marins controls the pace.

Now he's in top in Marins's guard. Marins has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jelen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Marins keeping moving, preventing Jelen from controlling successfully. Jelen has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Gracie can't fight it off and eventually Gang manages to take the fight to the floor. Gracie looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Gang trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Gracie looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gang is one step ahead there. Gang trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Gang wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving. Gracie is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gang is aware though and is defending well. Gracie thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Gang is looking to work some ground and pound but Gracie has wrist control. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Machida shoots in but no luck this time. Assange lands a jab to Machida's midsection. Assange lands a jab to the head.
Assange cracks Machida with a good jab. James Assange seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Assange jabs at Machida's body. Machida takes one to the chin there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Machida shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Assange counters with a left to the body. Assange lands a right hook to the body.
Assange wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Assange scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Machida will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenny Machida. That's going to take a lot out of him. Assange feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Machidas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Assange fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Machida looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Assange feints a jab promting Machida to slip. Assange then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Machida slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Assange lands a lovely overhand right. Assange is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Machida rather than just go for the knockout. Assange lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Assange throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Machida. Assange lands with a nice body punch. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Machida. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick by Dorh misses and Blackwater counters with a three punch combo that has Dorh backing up. Dorh nods at Blackwater to acknowledge the strikes. Blackwater digs a good body shot into Dorh's ribs. An inside leg kick lands from Blackwater. Blackwater tries to clinch but Dorh moves out of range. Blackwater closes the distance looking to clinch and Dorh counters with a head kick that drops Blackwater to the mat! Blackwater scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Blackwater tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dorh swats him away and circles back towards the center. Dorh throws a head kick that misses and Blackwater counters with a flying knee. Nice. and Hawke counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Tentacruel shoots in for a takedown but Hawke shows good takedown defense. Tentacruel jabbing away but nothing is landing. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Tentacool Tentacruel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tentacruel lands with a nice body punch.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Tentacruel swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Hawke counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Tentacruel throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hawke counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Tentacruel scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Hawke lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tentacruel circles away quickly and effectively. Tentacruel dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Tentacruel lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hawke avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Tentacruel ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hawke moves away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Tentacool Tentacruel will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Tentacool Tentacruel hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. He's got hold of a leg but Hawke swivels and escapes. Tentacool Tentacruel seems to be getting the better of the standup. Tentacruel lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
