The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bredejongen looks to clinch
and Chuleta counters with a straight right hand.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bredejongen is defended easily by Chuleta.

Bredejongen forces Chuleta back against the cage and clinches.
Bredejongen tries to land knees in the clinch but Chuleta avoids the damage to the body.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Chuleta as Bredejongen tries to tie him up.
Bredejongen is trying to force a seperation but Chuleta has the dominant position.
Chuleta on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Bredejongen just misses with a elbow thrown towards Chuleta's brow.

Chuleta is trying to trip Bredejongen. He has hold of a leg but Bredejongen is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Chuleta persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chuleta keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bredejongen's head.
Chuleta working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Bredejongen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chuleta. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Chuleta stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bredejongen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Chuleta has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Chuleta postures up in Bredejongen's guard and throws a big left but Bredejongen blocks it.

Bredejongen is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Chuleta is controlling him.
Chuleta lands a couple of digs.

Chuleta drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chuleta jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Chuleta throwing strikes from guard but Bredejongen blocks nicely.

Bredejongen isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Chuleta stacks Bredejongen on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Chuleta!

Chuleta has an Americana. Bredejongen didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Chuleta is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Chuleta hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jim Dangle will probably get the nod.

Dangle dives in and grabs Ungar's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ungar pushes down on Dangle's head and hops out.
