Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between George Forester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez has chosen Naughty by Nature - O.P.P. as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, George Forester! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 9 - 2, fighting out of London, Carlos Sanchez! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Forester pushes Sanchez up against the cage in a clinch. Sanchez jumps guard and drags Forester to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Forester trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Sanchez looking for a guillotine here but Forester defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Forester trying to control but Sanchez is working from the bottom. Forester wants to stand and escape but instead Sanchez has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Sanchez working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Forester is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sanchez is controlling him. Sanchez chips away with some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Forester isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Sanchez stacks Forester on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Sanchez! Sanchez wants to lay and pray for a moment but Forester keeps working. Sanchez tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Forester tries to improve position but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Forester manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Sanchez won't allow Forester to pass to mount. Forester is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Forester stalling away here and it's allowed Sanchez to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Forester wants to control from the top but Sanchez keeps moving. Forester is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

The ref stands the fighters back up because George Forester just wasn't active enough. Sanchez drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Forester is trying to control Sanchez's posture but Sanchez avoids it. Forester sneaks out the side door and pushes Sanchez away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

A shot to the liver by Forester. Beautiful body shot. Forester throws a nice looking combination but Sanchez bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Danga de danga de dang - Forester scores with a four punch combination! Forester throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sanchez was covering up waiting for the punch and Forester finishes the takedown easily into guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Forester wants to control from the top but Sanchez keeps moving. Forester is pushing down on Sanchez's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sanchez is fighting to maintain full guard but Forester has managed to sneak the leg through. Forester is working for a kimura but Sanchez is defending it quite comfortably.
Forester is taking a breather. Sanchez says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hatton clobbers Mills with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Mills ducks right into an uppercut from Hatton. Robby Hatton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hatton throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Hatton with a hook. Hatton throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Mills doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hatton counters with a nice body shot. Hatton lands with a hook. Mills tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Hatton lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Hatton scores with the left hand. Mills knows he should have avoided that one. Hatton cracks Mills with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Mills takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Mills slips a jab and a cross from Hatton.
Mills shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hatton counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hatton lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mills circles away quickly and effectively. Hatton lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Hatton bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Mills's head backwards. Mills keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hatton. Hatton takes a swing at Mills's ribcage but misses. Mills walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Jab, jab by Hatton - just one landing. Mills misses with a takedown and Hatton counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Robby Hatton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dylan Mills. Mills scores a takedown into full mount! Mills in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Hatton tries to reverse the position but Mills maintains control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hatton tries to get back to half guard but can't. Mills working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Hatton turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Mills off and cradles Hatton's limp body as Mills celebrates with his corner.

Wait, no, The Croc rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bear's guard! Nice work there by The Croc! Bear trying to keep a closed guard but The Croc is proving a slippery customer.
The Croc pushing down on Bear's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Bear preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Bear makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Bear. The Croc is in close to Bear's body, working some short punches and elbows. Sterk shoots in for a double leg but Kleks sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brayan Sterk. That's going to take a lot out of him. A close round but Richard Bravo will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Dixon stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dixon wants it to stay on the feet. Dixon darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Bravo tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Dixon counters by moving into the clinch. Dixon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Nice uppercut there from Dixon. Dixon stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. A nice combination there by Dixon.
It looks like Richard Bravo has been cut. No luck for Dixon with that takedown attempt. Dixon tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bravo paws at him with a jab and circles away. Dixon gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Dixon takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Bravo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Bravo working the head and body with strikes. Dixon is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Dixon makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Dixon.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bravo wants to work for an arm triangle but Dixon is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Dixon manages to get full guard. Dixon escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bravo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Bravo chips away with some ground and pound. Bravo throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dixon works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bravo is looking to work some ground and pound but Dixon has wrist control. Bravo throwing strikes but missing. Bravo content to stall in guard here. Bravo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Bravo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Bravo throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Bravo is working Dixon over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Bravo postures up and lands a big shot to Dixon's brow. Peter Dixon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Dixon keeping full guard, as Bravo tries to pass. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dixon preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Peter Dixon. Well Dixon has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
