The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pink tries to close the distance and clinch but Snyder swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Pink looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Snyder throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pink. Snyder tries to bum rush Pink with a series of wild strikes but Pink uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Snyder throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pink. Pink tries to clinch there but Snyder circles away.

Pink shoots in for a takedown but Snyder shows good takedown defense. A left and a right from Snyder both land. Nice combination. Pink tries to close the distance and clinch up but Snyder swats him away and circles back towards the center. Pink fails with an attempt to clinch.

Snyder follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Pink to the canvas! Snyder pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Pink has had enough and taps out! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sores goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Sores closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Nelson to the mat! Nelson manages to get full guard. Sores wanted to stand there but Nelson had control of the position. Sores wants to control from the top but Nelson keeps moving. Nelson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sores! Nelson sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Sores prevents Nelson from taking his back. Nelson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Sores is surviving well by controlling Nelson's body position as best he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nelson has control of Sores's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Sores regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Nelson tries to control but Sores wriggling away. Sores has left one of his arms exposed and Nelson doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Sores screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

Jeantet has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Calaway moves in looking to clinch but Jeantet pushes him off. Jeantet staying out of range there. Jeantet keeps Calaway at a distance using the push kick. Calaway wants to clinch. Calaway throws a head kick that misses. Horrible takedown by Jeantet or perhaps it was just good defense by Calaway which made him look bad. Calaway throws a low kick but it's checked well by Jeantet. Jeantet tries to bum rush Calaway with a series of wild strikes but Calaway uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Calaway swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Jeantet decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Calaway's guard. Calaway might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Jeantet wants to pass the guard but Calaway is keeping the position. Calaway is trying to keep Jeantet in close.
Calaway pushes Jeantet off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Kennedy Calaway seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Calaway moves into the clinch. Calaway escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jeantet just misses with a punch to the body.
Calaway with a lazy takedown attempt and Jeantet counters with a takedown into side control. Jeantet prevents Calaway from escaping the position. Calaway is trying to improve his position. Jeantet is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Calaway is breathing heavily. Jeantet is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Calaway knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jeantet remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Calaway tries to buck Jeantet off but Jeantet is having none of it. Calaway wants to control but Jeantet postures up. Calaway is looking for a sweep. Calaway is working to avoid the ground and pound but Jeantet connects with a decent elbow. Calaway knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jeantet on the ground. Jeantet lands an elbow. Jeantet wants to lay and pray for a moment but Calaway keeps working. Calaway takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jeantet decides to stand up, so the ref orders Calaway to his feet. Jeantet gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Calaway counters with a shoot takedown. Jeantet fights it but they end up in guard. Jeantet trying to control the position.
Calaway stops Jeantet from standing up. Calaway wants to control from the top but Jeantet keeps moving. Jeantet has a closed guard, preventing Calaway from standing up. Calaway wants to control from the top but Jeantet keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jeantet is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Calaway defends well. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Calaway is working Jeantet over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Jeantet is looking for a triangle but Calaway pushes his legs off easily.
Calaway wants to control from the top but Jeantet keeps moving. Calaway wants to stand but Jeantet has a closed guard, so he can't escape. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jeantet throwing rabbit punches from the bottom - showing the judges that he's keeping busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kevin Jeantet dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Calaway has his takedown stuffed and Jeantet counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Jeantet thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Jeantet postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Jeantet preventing the sweep. Calaway wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Calaway is trying to control the position but Jeantet postures up. Calaway wants to stand but Jeantet is controlling the position. Calaway is striking off his back. Jeantet thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jeantet is staying tight to Calaway's torso, preventing him from escaping. Calaway is trying to improve his position. Kevin Jeantet has got the better of the ground game so far. Calaway is being controlled here. Jeantet tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jeantet has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Calaway tries to escape but Jeantet is in control. Calaway manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Jeantet is trying to control but can't.
Calaway tries to stand and escape but Jeantet is controlling the position. Jeantet makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jeantet. Calaway distracts Jeantet with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Calaway trying to stand up but can't free himself from Jeantet's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Calaway looking to sit in guard and control but Jeantet gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Calaway wants to control the position but Jeantet says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Calaway trying to control here.
Jeantet takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Ground and pound from Jeantet. Calaway wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Calaway trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Jeantet wants to work for an arm triangle but Calaway is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Calaway is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Calaway is not content to let Jeantet control the position. Jeantet stalling. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kevin Jeantet showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
A telegraphed right hand from Calaway misses the target. Calaway tries for a takedown but Jeantet circles away easily and Jeantet counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Calaway tries to clinch but Jeantet moves away and Jeantet counters with a straight right hand. Calaway throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jeantet. Good exchange - Calaway coming out on top. Jeantet misses with a takedown so Calaway counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Calaway trying to control the position from guard on top but Jeantet is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jeantet pushes Calaway off and scrambles back to his feet.
Calaway tries to clinch but fails miserably and Jeantet counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jeantet working the head and body with strikes. Well, if Jeantet is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Jeantet is in close to Calaway's body, working some short punches and elbows. Jeantet sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Calaway's guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Jeantet lands a nice short elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Jeantet controlling the action here. Calaway trying to control from the bottom.

Jeantet lands with a punch from half guard. Jeantet trying to mount his opponent but Calaway defends it. Calaway makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Calaway. Jeantet wants to control from the top but Calaway keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Calaway is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Jeantet jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Calaway walks away with a smile on his face. Jeantet gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Calaway tries to close the distance and clinch but Jeantet swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Jeantet keeps the fight on the outside. Calaway tries to clinch but Jeantet is having none of it. Jeantet closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Calaway is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Jeantet scores with a couple of nice shots. Calaway is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Calaway is trying to maintain the position but Jeantet is very close to passing his half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Calaway tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Calaway moves into full guard.

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Kevin Jeantet. I've got Jeantet winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Spicolli blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Couture is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Spicolli avoiding damage as Couture throws knees to the body.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Couture won't allow Spicolli to pass to mount. Spicolli seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Couture is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Dreyfus looks gassed! Murray drops Dreyfus onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Dreyfus is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Dreyfus is rocked! Murray creates a bit of distance and cracks Dreyfus with a massive left hook! Dreyfus crumples out of camera shot, completely unconscious! He's been Nelmarked! Murray stares at him for a moment then struts over to his corner, victorious.

bromar shoots in looking for a takedown. Anderson tries to sprawl out of it but bromar keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Anderson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Anderson paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. bromar shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Anderson defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marquis bromar. That's going to take a lot out of him. bromar shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Anderson as he jumps to the side. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A lazy left from Anderson finds it's target. Anderson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from bromar. No luck for bromar with that takedown attempt. Anderson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Anderson throws out a powerful jab.

bromar is rocked! Anderson jabs at bromar's body. Oh bromar is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! bromar is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Anderson fakes the body blow, causing bromar to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! bromar goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

O Leary controls the pace of the fight for a moment. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rogan can do anything to dispel that myth.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt. A head kick misses from Rogan.
