Undercard bout

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seamus Brady (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alf Histon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brady comes into the arena with Killer on the loose blaring out of the sound system. Histon is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen. Brady is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Histon looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Brady is breathing heavily.

Histon escapes and gets back to his feet.
Brady tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Histon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Histon bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

It looks like Seamus Brady has been cut.

Histon moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Brady goes down! Can Histon finish him!?

Brady is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Foster wants to clinch but Roxas slips to the side
and Roxas connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Foster really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Foster is fighting off a takedown attempt but Roxas is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Foster to the mat. Foster regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Foster is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Roxas lets go of the hold and Foster can pop his arm back in it's socket.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nut stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Zugin walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
A combination from Nut does no damage.

Nut cracks Zugin with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Zugin looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Nut finish him?

Zugin is rocked!
Nut swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Zugin is still on wobbly legs! Can Nut finish him?
Zugin fails with the takedown
and Nut counters with a crisp right that sends Zugin to the canvas! Nut follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Risen shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Vagina has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Risen is working away from the top position though.
Risen tries to pass the half guard into mount. Vagina knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Vagina tries to get to full guard but Risen has control of the leg.

Vagina looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Vagina regains full guard. Nicely done.

Risen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Vagina has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Risen has managed to get both his arms back between Vagina's legs - danger averted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vagina bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Risen's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Risen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Vagina gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Risen striking off his back but it's not causing Vagina any problems.
Risen keeping busy, throwing shots from the bottom.
Vagina trying to control but Risen is working from the bottom.

Risen looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Vagina has picked Risen up and slammed him! Risen can't keep hold of the triangle and Vagina manages to pass to side control!
Risen tries to buck Vagina off but Vagina is having none of it.
Risen is breathing heavily.
Risen regains half guard.

Risen actively working from the bottom here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Vagina wants to lay and pray for a moment but Risen keeps working.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Vagina is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Risen!
Risen is working to get back to half guard.

Vagina has isolated one of Risen's arms. Risen looking to fight him off but Vagina twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!

Gomi looks to land a combination but Steczuk avoids it well.
Steczuk on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Gomi lands a high kick!
Gomi throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Adam Steczuk has been cut.
Steczuk has his takedown stuffed
and Gomi counters with a right hand to the body.
Steczuk tries for a takedown but Gomi circles away easily
and Gomi counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Gomi looks at the referee who does nothing so Gomi lands a crushing right that sends Steczuk to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
