I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Noah Anderson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chico misses with a takedown and Anderson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Anderson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Chico with a poor takedown and Anderson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Anderson is figuring out what he wants to do next. Let's hope that Anderson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Chico is looking for a sweep. Anderson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Anderson scoring with strikes to the body and head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Chico is trying to stand back up but Anderson is controlling him

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe CocoMo! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stann shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. CocoMo eats them both and turns towards Stann to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Joe CocoMo has been cut. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from CocoMo. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from CocoMo. CocoMo misses with a right hand and Stann lands a stunning uppercut that sends CocoMo to the mat! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! CocoMo moves into full guard.
Stann stops CocoMo from standing up. Stann controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Stann knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for CocoMo on the ground. Stann wants to get up but he can't break CocoMo's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stann tries to free his leg and advance position but CocoMo is retaining full guard. Stann in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Stann content to stall in guard here.
We're going to have a standup here because Brian Stann wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Stann feints a jab promting CocoMo to slip. Stann then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. CocoMo slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. No luck for CocoMo with that takedown attempt. Brian Stann has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe CocoMo. CocoMo throws a head kick but Stann moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. CocoMo moves in looking to clinch but Stann pushes him off. CocoMo fails with a takedown attempt. CocoMo looks gassed! Stann avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Stann throws a combination but it was largely blocked by CocoMo. CocoMo is looking to slow Stann down with leg kicks.
That's three minutes gone in the round. CocoMo misses with a kick to the body.
Stann swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and CocoMo counters with a three punch combo that has Stann backing up. Stann nods at CocoMo to acknowledge the strikes. CocoMo tries to clinch up. Stann keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
That has opened up Joe CocoMo's cut even more. Stann stuffs the takedown attempt from CocoMo. CocoMo gets slowly back to his feet. Stann swinging wildly here.
Stann drops CocoMo with a big left hand and mounts him. CocoMo is in big trouble!
The cut above Joe CocoMo's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stann content just to control the position here. Stann is going oldschool here, as he tries to force CocoMo to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so CocoMo shrugs it off. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stann sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brian Stann dominated that round. The cut man is working on Joe CocoMo's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
CocoMo takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
CocoMo misses with a takedown attempt and Stann counters with a huge left! CocoMo is in big trouble! He's backing up but Stann isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save CocoMo from any more damage. A dominating finish by Stann!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marciano shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Marciano was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Hardy squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Hardy is trying to stand but he's just given Marciano his back. Hardy is trying to stand back up. Marciano controlling from the back. Marciano patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? A bit of a pause in the action here. Marciano controlling the positon. Hardy is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Marciano off. It looks like it's working - Marciano slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Hardy displaying calm under pressure there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marciano wants to clinch. Hardy misses with a left hand and Marciano counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Hardy! Hardy has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Marciano slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

He pushes Marciano off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Hardy throws an off balance right hand
and Marciano counters with a takedown into side control. Marciano happy to just control the position for now. Marciano's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Keith Marciano just wasn't active enough. Marciano gets the takedown into side control. Hardy wants to get back to his feet but Marciano drags him back down. Marciano is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Hardy's shoulder. That is not cool.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hardy tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Hardy is trying to get back to his feet but Marciano has full control of the position and if anything, Hardy has just worked his way into a worse spot. Marciano has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Hardy's body.
Hardy has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. Keith Marciano overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Keith Marciano wasn't doing enough on the ground. Marciano shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hardy's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Marciano tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Hardy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Marciano has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Hardy misses with a left hand and Marciano counters with a nice double leg into guard. Marciano decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Hardy, up you get! Hardy rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Marciano counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Marciano sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hardy's guard. Still in half guard, Marciano seems content to control. Hardy scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Marciano manages to mount him!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Marciano controlling his opponent. Nick Hardy has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Keith Marciano is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
And that's the end of the fight! Keith Marciano showed his dominance in that final round. Well Marciano has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Tucker takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Tucker looks gassed! McClusky scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! McClusky lands a slapping body shot.

McClusky works Tucker's body with a nice hook. Tucker takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Tucker takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. McClusky dips to his left and cracks Tucker with an uppercut! McClusky jabs at Tucker's body. McClusky clobbers Tucker with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. McClusky connects with a right hand. Tucker shakes it off.
Tucker is rocked! McClusky lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Tucker - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for McClusky!

Mack has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Spiller finds it's way round the side to connect with Mack's head. A leg kick checked by Mack. Spiller throws a combination that misses and Mack counters with a right hand to the body. Spiller throws an off balance right hand
and Mack counters with an outside leg kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from Mack. Spiller cracks Mack with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Spiller punishes Mack's body with a nice straight punch. Spiller misses with a double jab
and Mack counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Spiller jabs Mack right on the nose. Mack blinks but takes it well. Mack throws a body kick that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spiller misses the body punch and Mack counters with a solid body kick. Mack on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Spiller. Spiller obviously looking to wear him down.

and Mack counters with a nice low kick that buckles Spiller's knee momentarily. Mack throws a nice inside leg kick. Mack throws a head kick that Spiller semi-blocks.
Spiller fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. A jab from Mack misses. Spiller throws a leg kick and Mack counters with a lovely straight right hand! Mack throws a push kick but Spiller slaps the foot to one side. Spiller misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Mack counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Spiller misses with an uppercut
and Mack counters with a flying knee. Nice. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Spiller misses with an uppercut
and Mack counters with a good low kick that Spiller was not able to check. Mack connects with a single shot there. Spiller connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Mack's hands. A kick lands to the mid section there for Mack. Mack tries a head kick but it misses.

and Mack counters with a thumping low kick. Spiller rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Mack counters with a three punch combo that has Spiller backing up. Spiller nods at Mack to acknowledge the strikes. Spiller lands a nice looking body shot.

and Mack decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Spiller's guard. Mack is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Alex Mack hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. A head kick by Spiller misses and Mack counters with a nice kick to the body. Spiller throws a leg kick that is checked and Mack counters with an inside leg kick. Mack misses with a looping left. Spiller swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mack counters with a nice double leg into side control. Spiller won't be happy with that. Brandon Spiller has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mack controlling the position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! Alex Mack comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mack has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
