The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kova throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Canonfodder pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Kova moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Kova throws a head kick that misses. Kova has a takedown stuffed. Canonfodder dodges the punch combination from Kova.
A cross from Kova lands. Kova cracks Canonfodder with a right hand to the side of the head. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Kova tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Canonfodder is able to avoid easily. Kova is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Canonfodder. Wichoo darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Garcia will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Garcia tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wichoo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Garcia somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marcelo Garcia. That's going to take a lot out of him. Garcia looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Wichoo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Garcia. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Garcia tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wichoo looks gassed! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scarpa shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Scarpa bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kreedy's head. Kreedy closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Kreedy lands an elbow.
It looks like Joe Scarpa has been cut. Kreedy has hold of Scarpa's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Scarpa seems comfortable defending it but Kreedy has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Scarpa is real pain and he's forced to tap out! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pompi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cunningham swivels and escapes. Nice uppercut lands for Cunningham. That snapped Pompi's head back.
Cunningham stuffs the takedown attempt from Pompi. Pompi gets slowly back to his feet. Pompi changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cunningham looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Cunningham is looking to regain half guard here but Pompi keeps moving and retains side control. Pompi is looking to take a break and control but Cunningham is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Pompi is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Cunningham is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Pompi is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Cunningham is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Pompi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pompi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pompi trying to control the position but Cunningham is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cunningham tries to bench press Pompi off him but Pompi keeps the position. Pompi passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Cunningham! Pompi is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Cunningham is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Cunningham flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Pompi anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Cunningham and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Pompi slips an arm under Cunningham chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Pompi has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Pompi is squeezing on Cunningham like an anaconda would it's prey. Cunningham fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

and Behranu counters with a nice double leg into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Behranu passes easily into side control. Nice work. Paxton is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Behranu is controlling him well. Behranu is trying to get an arm triangle but Paxton is defending well. Behranu trying to control the action but Paxton is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Paxton knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Behranu working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Behranu tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Behranu has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Amare Behranu dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Paxton throws a big shot that misses. Paxton fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Behranu manages to avoid it. Paxton throws a nice looking combination but Behranu bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Billy Paxton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Paxton tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Behranu was well out of range. Poor timing from Paxton. Paxton misses the body punch and Behranu counters with a lovely straight right hand! Paxton rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Behranu counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Amare Behranu has got the better of the ground game so far. Paxton keeping moving, preventing Behranu from controlling successfully.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Behranu is pushing down on Paxton's leg trying to pass to half guard. Paxton is fighting to maintain full guard but Behranu has managed to sneak the leg through.

He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Styles has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Styles and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. NZonzi throws a chopping leg kick but Styles manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Styles shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has NZonzi pinned against the cage. NZonzi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. NZonzi lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. A solid leg kick lands there for NZonzi.

NZonzi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Styles paws at him with a jab and circles away. NZonzi wants to clinch. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as NZonzi walks away with a smile on his face. Styles gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Orlando Styles. That's going to take a lot out of him. NZonzi feints and then cracks Styles's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Styles down. NZonzi looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Styles has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by NZonzi. NZonzi throws a leg kick but Styles checks it. NZonzi has taken the fight to the clinch.
NZonzi lands a nice elbow. NZonzi with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Steven NZonzi seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! NZonzi landing some nice looking knees to the body.

Steven NZonzi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
NZonzi lands with a nice body kick. A nice leg kick lands there from NZonzi. NZonzi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Styles. That did some damage! The fighters circle, before NZonzi throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Styles's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! NZonzi lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
