Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Miroslavo Krose! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Namiska Button ! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Button misses with a few strikes there.
Button displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Krose. Button feints and then cracks Krose's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Krose down. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Button .

Krose blocks a head kick by Button .
A combination from Button does no damage. Button throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Krose. Miroslavo Krose seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. An inside leg kick from Button misses. Button keeps the fight on the outside. Krose shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Button sprawls well. Button wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Krose gets slowly back to his feet. Krose will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Krose. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Button connects with an inside leg kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Namiska Button dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Krose's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Button misses with a head shot. Button working away from the top, dropping strikes. Button throwing strikes here but Krose is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Button jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Krose manages to avoid the submission attempt. Button working the body and head with strikes. Button stands up. Krose shoots in looking for a takedown but Button manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Krose's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Krose tries to close the distance and clinch up but Button swats him away and circles back towards the center. Namiska Button seems to be getting the better of the standup. Button swings away with a leg kick that misses. Krose goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Button showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Krose.
Krose is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Button uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Krose. Button lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Miroslavo Krose just wasn't active enough. Krose shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Button as he jumps to the side. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Button misses the shot to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Namiska Button comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Button has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Bass pushes down on Valdez's head and hops out. Bass misses with a low kick.

Duja Eru has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ericsson Smart. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Eru looks to land a left hand but Smart moved out of range nicely. Smart shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Eru counters with a crisp right hand that drops Smart! Eru lets Smart back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hitch shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Seppo counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hitch thinking. Sack Hitch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Eino Nappi! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nappi throws a head kick that misses. Nappi lands a nice looking kick to the body. Fukamachi takes a step back to recover. Nappi decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Nappi trying to control the pace. Nappi is looking for a kimura but Fukamachi is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Nappi to get the leverage. Fukamachi is trying to get back to full guard. Nappi looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Nappi is trying to control. Fukamachi wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nappi tries to stand but can't do so whilst Fukamachi controls his leg. Nappi is keen to just control but Fukamachi is a slippery customer. Nappi is pressing down on Fukamachi's thigh, looking to free his foot. Fukamachi is holding on for now. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Nappi is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Nappi with the ground and pound but Fukamachi uses the opportunity to regain guard. Nappi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Fukamachi is just riding it out for now. Nappi eventually gives up the hold. Nappi is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Fukamachi defends it well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Nappi is stalling here. Fukamachi is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Nappi seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Fukamachi has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Nappi is not content to let Fukamachi control the position. An elbow from Fukamachi crashes against the mat.
Nappi tries to bench press Fukamachi off him but Fukamachi keeps the position. Nappi is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Fukamachi has just dragged him back down to the mat. Fukamachi misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
