Konn thows a body shot but no joy.
Konn throws a head kick that misses.
Flowers takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Flowers ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Konn moves away.
Good standup being displayed there by Konn as he connects with a hook.
Flowers changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Konn looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Flowers in side control, throwing shots but Konn defends.
Konn wants to get back to his feet.
Konn gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Konn is trying to stand back up but Flowers is controlling him
Konn tries to get to full guard but Flowers has control of the leg.
Konn pushes Flowers off looking to stand but Flowers dives back in and keeps control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Flowers is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Konn has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Flowers is working away from the top position though.

Konn tries to get to full guard but Flowers has control of the leg.
Flowers has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Konn is in a horrible position here. Flowers smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Flowers has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Flowers postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Konn bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Flowers and the fight is over!

Liao turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Dos Santos is looking for a sweep.
Dos Santos manages to work his way to half guard, despite Liao's best efforts.
Liao uses his free foot to push down on Dos Santos's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dos Santos.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dos Santos sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Liao wants to free his trapped foot but Dos Santos is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Liao has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Dos Santos defend it? Liao steps over the head and cranks it - Dos Santos is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Liao!
