 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Torres tries for a takedown but Silva circles away easily
and Silva counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Torres looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Silva is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Silva drops back looking for a leg! Torres is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Torres manages to kick Silva off! Silva jumps back into Torres's guard. Silva stands and throws Torres's legs to the side, diving into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Silva has hold of Torres's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Torres tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Silva cranks the arm and Torres screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Torres, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Talk misses with an uppercut. Wiwatowski saw that one coming. Talk misses with an uppercut.
Wiwatowski gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. A battle for position here, against the cage. Talk scores with a shot to the side of Wiwatowski's head. Talk throws a punch but it's blocked by Wiwatowski. A head punch blocked on the inside by Wiwatowski. Talk fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Wiwatowski unloading with bombs! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Wiwatowski scores with a couple of good head shots there.
 Talk is rocked! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wiwatowski postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Talk badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Wiwatowski around the waist but Wiwatowski pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Wiwatowski is the winner by TKO! Wiwatowski jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Davis shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gaspar manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Davis thows a big elbow that misses. Gaspar is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Davis content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Davis pushes down on Gaspar's leg and manages to get into half guard. Davis thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gaspar's head. Gaspar wants to get back to his feet. Davis sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. and Gaspar counters with a crisp right hand that drops Davis! Gaspar lets Davis back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed right hand from Pegador misses the target. Jones circles away from the clinch attempt and Jones counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Pegador tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jones swats him away and circles back towards the center. Pegador closes the distance looking to clinch and Jones connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Pegador doesn't succeed with the takedown and Pegador takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Pegador tries to clinch but Jones moves away and Jones connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jones connects with a good right hand that stumbles Pegador. Pegador circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
 It looks like Jose Pegador has been cut. Jones keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Jones keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Jones moves into range and connects with a jab. Pegador looks gassed! Pegador with a poor takedown and Jones counters with a nice uppercut. Keith Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Pegador. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jones is looking to slow Pegador down with leg kicks. Pegador takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Pegador is trying desperately to land a takedown but Jones is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Pegador. Jones scores to the head and body with a nice combination! A cross from Jones lands. Jab by Jones. Pegador walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Jones lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Jones cracks a nice hook into Pegador's ribs. Jones fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Keith Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. This has been an exciting period of action! Pegador takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
 The cut above Jose Pegador's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Pegador gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jones. Pegador darts in trying to clinch and Jones connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Jones scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Jones connects with a leg kick. Pegador looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Jones lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
 Jose Pegador's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Pegador has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Jones stalks Pegador and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pegador's face. Pegador staggers backwards, shaken.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jose Pegador's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Kelso misses with a right hand and Kelso takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Sephiroth lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Sephiroth looks to score with a jab to the body but Kelso is just out of range. Sephiroth throws a poor cross that misses
and Kelso counters with a straight right hand. Kelso swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sephiroth counters with a nice uppercut.

Kelso scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Kelso tries to move to mount but Sephiroth blocks the move with his legs. Sephiroth is trying to buck Kelso off. Sephiroth trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Kelso works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sephiroth is not content to let Kelso control the position. Sephiroth tries to escape but Kelso is in control. Kelso has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Kelso is working Sephiroth over with some ground and pound from side control. Sephiroth is trying to buck Kelso off. Kelso misses with the ground and pound. Kelso throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Sephiroth takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Kelso wants to control but Sephiroth is keeping him busy. Kelso lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Sephiroth takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Sephiroth is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Kelso asserts his dominance and retains side control. Kelso landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Kelso tries for a kimura but Sephiroth is defending well. Sephiroth wants to get back to his feet but Kelso drags him back down.
Kelso is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Sephiroth has escaped the position, nice work there. Sephiroth is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Kelso is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sephiroth knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Kelso connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Sephiroth some visible discomfort.

Sephiroth shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Kelso showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sephiroth.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kelso fails with the takedown and Sephiroth counters with a big head kick but Kelso shrugs it off. Zidane Sephiroth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Kelso.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sephiroth throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kelso looks to land a right hand but Sephiroth moved out of range. Kelso with a jab. Sephiroth is looking to clinch. Kelso misses with a combination
and Sephiroth counters with a big head kick but Kelso shrugs it off. Sephiroth slips a straight right by Kelso. Sephiroth ducks under a wild hook from Kelso.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Sephiroth swinging wildly here.

Sephiroth gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Kelso throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Sephiroth works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Kelso postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

and Sephiroth counters with an inside leg kick. Kelso throws a leg kick that is checked and Sephiroth counters with a stiff right hand. Kelso thows a leg kick but Sephiroth checks it and Sephiroth counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Kelso misses with a shot to the body letting Sephiroth counter with a right hand.
Sephiroth moves into the clinch.
Sephiroth breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Sephiroth misses with a head kick.
Kelso dives in and grabs Sephiroth's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sephiroth pushes down on Kelso's head and hops out.

and Sephiroth counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Sephiroth wants to clinch and Kelso counters with a lovely straight right hand! Kelso works over Sephiroth's head and body with a nice combination. Sephiroth circles away from the clinch attempt and Sephiroth counters with a body kick. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

No luck for Kelso with that takedown attempt. Kelso misses with a takedown attempt and Sephiroth counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kelso is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Sephiroth lands a body shot. Kelso takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Sephiroth lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Kelso. Nice body punch from Sephiroth - that landed with a thud.
Sephiroth's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sephiroth fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kelso.

Sephiroth lands on the inside with an uppercut. Kelso jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sephiroth walks away with a smile on his face. Kelso gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Kelso takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sephiroth digs a right hand into Kelso's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Kelso's gas tank.
Sephiroth breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kelso is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Sephiroth's half guard.
Sephiroth manages to escape and get back to his feet! Sephiroth will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kelso has his takedown stuffed and Sephiroth counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Sackett is working to tighten is grip on Dorh's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Dorh has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Sackett is really squeezing tight and eventually Dorh passes out! Sackett breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pete Magnum! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Thiago Cunha and Alexandre Firmino.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hercules takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Magnum throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Magnum takes a swing at Hercules's ribcage but misses. Pete Magnum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Magnum throws a series of punches but Hercules avoids them all with ease.
Hercules closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Magnum to the mat! Magnum manages to get full guard. Hercules stays in close to Magnum's body and controls the position. Hercules might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Hercules stops Magnum from standing up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Hercules showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Magnum really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hercules. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
 The ref stands the fighters back up because Dog Hercules just wasn't active enough. Magnum lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hercules circles away quickly and effectively. Magnum cracks a nice hook into Hercules's ribs. Magnum throws a combination that misses enabling Hercules to counter with a crisp jab. Magnum fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hercules on the side of the head. Magnum misses with an uppercut
and Hercules counters with a nice kick to the body.

and Hercules counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hercules. Hercules lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Hercules content to stall in guard here. Hercules stands and throws Magnum's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Hercules is working to tighten is grip on Magnum's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Magnum has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Hercules is really squeezing tight and eventually Magnum passes out! Hercules breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
