The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Costinha tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bones paws at him with a jab and circles away. Costinha throws a leg kick which misses Bones's front leg but catches the back leg as Bones tries to avoid it. Costinha lands a nice shot to the body.
Costinha throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Costinha moves away from the strike by Bones. A head kick misses from Costinha. Bones shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Bones drops back looking for a leg! Costinha is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Costinha manages to kick Bones off! Bones jumps back into Costinha's guard. Costinha keeping moving, preventing Bones from controlling successfully. Bones advances to half guard. Bones is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Bones is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Bones wants to work for an arm triangle but Costinha is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Bones eventually gives up the hold. Bones wants to free his trapped foot but Costinha is holding on for dear life with his legs. Bones maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Costinha could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Bones has cracked it and Costinha is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Bones!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bigs tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nogueira sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bigs somewhat. Nogueira goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Corey Bigs has been cut. Nogueira has his takedown stuffed and Bigs counters with a shoot takedown. Nogueira fights it but they end up in guard. Bigs postures up in Nogueira's guard and throws a big left but Nogueira blocks it. Bigs trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nogueira is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nogueira avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Bigs working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Nogueira's head. Bigs with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Bigs postures up and lands a big shot to Nogueira's brow. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bigs accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bigs won't allow Nogueira to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bigs passes easily into side control. Nice work. Nogueira is pushing Bigs's head away, looking to escape. Bigs manages to hold on to the position though. Bigs scoring with punches and elbows. Bigs cracks Nogueira with an elbow. That is naaassty. Bigs throws a strike aimed at the side of Nogueira's head but Nogueira avoids it well. Bigs cracks Nogueira with a big elbow.
Nogueira is rocked! Nogueira taking punishment in the form of punches.
Oh Nogueira is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Bigs lands a strong strike to the head of Nogueira. That's dazed him! Bigs looking to finish here. Nogueira is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Bigs lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A solid leg kick lands there for Bloom.
Bloom tries to clinch but Sobrawl moves away and Sobrawl decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Bloom's guard. Sobrawl missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Bloom wants to sweep here but Sobrawl controlling him for the moment. Bloom has control of Sobrawl's left arm, preventing Sobrawl from doing any damage. Sobrawl postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bloom avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Bloom controls Sobrawl momentarily but Sobrawl frees himself.

Sobrawl thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Sobrawl jumps back into Bloom's guard. Sobrawl looks gassed! Sobrawl throwing strikes but missing. Bloom looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sobrawl is one step ahead there. Bloom is trying to keep Sobrawl in close.

Bloom tries to clinch but Sobrawl moves away and Sobrawl connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Bloom fails in his attempt to clinch. Sobrawl circles away from the clinch attempt and Sobrawl counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bloom! Sobrawl is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sobrawl jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Bloom is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Bloom and Sobrawl has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Orlando Bloom has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Sobrawl might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bloom kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bloom moves away from the strike by Sobrawl. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bloom lands with a thumping leg kick.

And that's the end of the fight! Renata Sobrawl comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sobrawl has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Levine lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tinkle checks a leg kick. Tinkle lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Levine circles away quickly and effectively. Levine thuds his shin into the meat of Tinkle's side. Levine throws out a leg kick but Tinkle moves out of range and Levine only half commits. Levine throws a nice outside leg kick. Hudson Levine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Levine misses with a kick to the body.

Tinkle looks to land a left hand but Levine moved out of range nicely. Levine looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Levine connects with a solid leg kick. Hitmonchan was covering up waiting for the punch and Zhirkov finishes the takedown easily into guard. Hitmonchan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. I think Cow might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Samurai tune. Walrustitty is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Fish Slapping Dance. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cow cracks Walrustitty with a good jab. Danga de danga de dang - Cow scores with a four punch combination! Walrustitty has his takedown stuffed and Cow counters with a takedown into side control. Cow swings around for an armbar but Walrustitty sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Cow's guard. Cow wants to sweep but no luck. Cow escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Walrustitty gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Cow is looking for a triangle but Walrustitty pushes his legs off easily.
