The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rage throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Masatupo counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Rage! Masatupo with a couple of short strikes. Poor strikes thrown by Masatupo there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Masatupo pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Masatupo has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Rage's face.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rage tries to reverse the position but Masatupo maintains control. Masatupo cracks Rage with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Masatupo breaks from Rage's wrist control and lands an elbow. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Masatupo fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Rage wants to control but Masatupo is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Masatupo unloading with bombs! Rage wants to try and get back to his feet. Masatupo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Rage is working to get back to half guard.
Masatupo misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Rage slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Rage keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rage wants to get back to his feet. Masatupo thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Rage to regain full guard. Masatupo working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Rage's head. Rage manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Rage misses with a takedown and Masatupo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rage's guard. Rage looks gassed! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Masatupo landing some decent shots from guard. Masatupo is looking to work some ground and pound but Rage has wrist control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Masatupo throws a strike but Rage rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Rage stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Masatupo swivels though and keeps the full guard. Rage wanted to stand there but Masatupo had control of the position. Rage trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Masatupo keeping moving, preventing Rage from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Rage trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Masatupo manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Rage utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Masatupo cracks Rage with a solid left hand. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Masatupo trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Masatupo stays in close to Rage's body and controls the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rage with a poor takedown and Masatupo counters with a head kick. Rage gets a takedown into half guard. Rage is stalling here. Masatupo is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Rage seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Masatupo has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Rage takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Masatupo is looking to take a break and control but Rage is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rage parries the strikes from Masatupo easily there. Masatupo is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Rage to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rage regains half guard there - taking advantage of Masatupo's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Masatupo thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Rage's head. Rage wants to get back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Masatupo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Rage doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Masatupo. Rage trying to control from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rage blocking the ground and pound attempt from Masatupo. Masatupo wants to get back to his feet.
Masatupo stalling away here and it's allowed Rage to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Rage wants to stand but Masatupo is controlling the position. Masatupo wants to pass the guard but Rage is keeping the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Rage looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Masatupo passes into side control.
Masatupo in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Masatupo working the ground and pound but Rage is defending the strikes. Rage pushes Masatupo away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Masatupo gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Haiki Masatupo will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Masatupo is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Rage misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Masatupo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rage tries to avoid it but Masatupo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rage to the ground. Rage escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Masatupo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Rage is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Rage postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rage wants to control from the top but Masatupo keeps moving. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Flash Rage hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Masatupo scores with a head kick.
Rage goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Rage ducks under a wild hook from Masatupo. Rage shoots in looking for a takedown. Masatupo tries to sprawl out of it but Rage keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Masatupo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Rage throws a nice looking combination but Masatupo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Rage looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Rage sitting and controlling from the half guard. Haiki Masatupo is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Masatupo regains full guard. Nicely done. Rage advances position into side control! Rage tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Masatupo is pushing Rage's head away, looking to escape. Rage manages to hold on to the position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Masatupo manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Rage slows the pace down in half guard. Masatupo gets back to full guard.
Rage stays in close to Masatupo's body and controls the position. Flash Rage has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Masatupo utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Rage is looking to advance position but Masatupo has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Masatupo controlling the pace for now. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Rage is squirming around, avoiding Masatupo's attempts to control the action.
And that's the end of the fight! Flash Rage comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Masatupo has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Suv throws a hook but Sack Jr avoids it easily. Suv bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. You can see the frustration on Sack Jr's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Suv landing a few strikes. Sack Jr defending against the ground and pound. Suv really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sack Jr. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Suv cracks Sack Jr with an elbow. That is naaassty. Suv wants to stand but Sack Jr has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard. Sack Jr avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Sack Jr will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tszyu lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Tszyu. Rage closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Tszyu quickly recovers to half guard. Rage is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Tszyu sees it coming and defends easily. Tszyu kicks Rage off and gets back to his feet. Rage gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Rage takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Rage has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tszyu finds it's way round the side to connect with Rage's head. Rage with a lazy takedown attempt and Tszyu counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rage is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Tszyu. Rage throws a body kick the misses and Rage takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Rage with a lazy takedown attempt and Tszyu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Rage is rocked! Kostya Tszyu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roy Rage. Rage looks gassed! Rage throws a sloppy body shot
and Tszyu counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Tszyu.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rage jumps guard and drags Tszyu to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Rage looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tszyu is one step ahead there. Rage had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Tszyu defends it easily. Rage wants to hit a switch here but Tszyu passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Rage there! Rage is looking to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Rage is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tszyu gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Rage throws a combination that misses and Tszyu counters with a lovely shot to the body. Rage with a lazy takedown attempt and Rage takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Rage with a lazy takedown attempt and Tszyu counters with a lovely straight right hand! Rage looks to throw a body kick and Tszyu moves into the clinch. A shot in the inside from Tszyu. Tszyu digs a right hand into Rage's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Rage's gas tank. Rage goes for a takedown attempt but Tszyu pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Tszyu scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Rage misses with a jab to the body
and Tszyu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rage falls off balance throwing a combination
and Tszyu counters with a stiff right hand. Tszyu scores with a three punch combo!
Rage with a poor takedown and Tszyu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Rage takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Rage is still on wobbly legs! Can Tszyu finish him? As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tszyu throws a series of punches but Rage moves out of range. Rage seems to have recovered his senses. Tszyu lands with a nice combination. Rage backs away looking to recover. Tszyu throws a series of strikes that have Rage backpedaling.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kostya Tszyu dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Rage doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tszyu counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Rage has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roshan fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Marceau sprawls well initially but Roshan persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Marceau trying to control here.
Marceau gets full guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Marceau is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jean Marceau is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Marceau throws a lazy head kick and Roshan counters with a nice uppercut. Marceau connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Marceau throws a body kick the misses and Roshan counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
