The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grimas digs a good hook to Owen's body.
Owen looks gassed! Grimas throws a series of punches but Owen avoids them all with ease. Grimas cracks a nice hook into Owen's ribs. Grimas tries to clinch up. Grimas connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Patrick Owen has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Grimas scores with a hook to the body. Owen takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Grimas connects with a body shot. Owen takes one on the button. Grimas connects with a nice looking jab.
Grimas cracks a nice hook into Owen's ribs. Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Grimas moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Owen! Grimas continues to tee off on Owen, landing with a left and a right! Grimas connects with a right hand that leaves Owen sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Grimas!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Whiner misses with a takedown and Diaz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Whiner throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Diaz was covering up waiting for the punch and Whiner finishes the takedown easily into guard. Whiner slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Whiner throws a big right hand that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Whiner. Whiner pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Diaz is keeping the position for now. Whiner trying to control the position from guard on top but Diaz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Whiner tries to free his leg and advance position but Diaz is retaining full guard. Diaz preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Diaz keeping moving, preventing Whiner from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Pommy Whiner. Whiner shoots in and gets a takedown into Diaz's guard. Whiner advances to half guard. Whiner thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Whiner has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Whiner seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Whiner is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Whiner extends the arm and Diaz is forced to tap!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lianza takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Moon scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
It looks like Jhayson Lianza has been cut. Lianza closes the distance looking to clinch and Moon counters with a nice body shot. Lianza looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! Lianza wants to clinch but Moon slips to the side enabling Moon to counter with a crisp jab. Moon circles away from the clinch attempt and Moon counters with a nice right hand that sends Lianza toppling to the canvas! Lianza scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Moon finish him?!
Lianza is rocked! Moon scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Moon lands a brutal uppercut that launches Lianza off his feet! Lianza tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bongo throws a sloppy head kick and Nsembo moves out of range easily. Bongo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Nsembo takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Waranhk Nsembo has been cut. Nsembo blocks a head kick by Bongo.
Bongo tries to clinch but Nsembo moves away and Nsembo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Bongo Bongo has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bongo misses with a body kick. Bongo throws a head kick but Nsembo moves out of range.
Bongo throws a leg kick and Nsembo counters with a shoot takedown. Bongo fights it but they end up in guard. Nsembo stays in close to Bongo's body and controls the position. Bongo is breathing heavily. Nsembo's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Bongo will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Waranhk Nsembo hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Nsembo dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Nsembo scores with a hook. Bongo walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Nsembo checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Nsembo keeps the fight on the outside. Nsembo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bongo manages to avoid it. Bongo shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Nsembo scores with a shot to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bongo tried to score with a low kick but Nsembo checks it. Nsembo lands a big right hand that sends Bongo crashing to the mat! Nsembo stays standing though and waves Bongo back to his feet!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Nsembo jabbing away but nothing is landing. Bongo tries to clinch up. Nsembo throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Bongo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nsembo was well out of range. Poor timing from Bongo. Bongo Bongo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bongo throws a sloppy head kick and Nsembo moves out of range easily. Nsembo fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Bongo to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Bongo looks to clinch but Nsembo throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Bongo taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Mallao has a takedown stuffed. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lumines is defended easily by Mallao. Mallao fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lumines manages to avoid it. Mallao does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Lumines displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mallao.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lumines tries to clinch and Mallao counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Mallao. Mallao escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mallao shoots in but Lumines avoids the takedown attempt easily. Mallao tries for a takedown but Lumines sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Mallao will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Lumines pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mallao. Mallao forces Lumines back against the cage and clinches. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Mallao pulls guard. Mallao looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Lumines passes into side control.

Mallao tries to pull guard but Lumines holds him up against the cage and eventually Mallao drops back down to his feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nose takes one on the button. Nose closes the distance looking to clinch and Nose takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Nose takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Nose fails with a takedown attempt. Payat with a jab. Jab by Payat. Nose takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Nose throws a body kick, spinning off balance enabling Payat to counter with a crisp jab. Nose throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nose closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Nose darts in trying to clinch and Payat connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daga dives in and grabs Mandapat's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mandapat pushes down on Daga's head and hops out. Daga tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Mandapat manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Daga shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Daga showed some decent athleticism there. Mandapat is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Mandapat is in trouble now - Daga has advanced to mount! Daga content just to control the position here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Daga biding his time, controlling Mandapat. Daga's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Mandapat closes this distance looking for a takedown but Daga circles away. Mandapat lands with a nice body punch. Mandapat digs a good body shot into Daga's ribs. Daga takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Daga looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mandapat is fending him off so far but Daga persists. Nope, Mandapat circles away and we're back to standing. Mandapat cracks Daga with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Mandapat works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Daga walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
And that's the end of the fight! Rowell Mandapat comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Mandapat has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Thomas! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Salace doesn't succeed with the takedown and Thomas counters with a nice double leg into guard. Salace wants to sweep but no luck. Salace is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Thomas defends well. Salace has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Thomas can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Thomas trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Thomas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Salace. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Salace controls Thomas momentarily but Thomas frees himself. Thomas with a flurry of punches that miss. Thomas is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Salace is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Salace has escaped and now he's on top! Thomas is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Salace is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salace trying to control the position from guard on top but Thomas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Salace prevents Thomas from getting back to his feet. Salace is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Salace passes easily into side control. Nice work. Salace trying to control the action but Thomas is working from the bottom. Thomas is trying to improve his position. Salace happy to just control the position for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Salace wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Thomas, who protects the arm well. Thomas is looking to reverse the position. Salace is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Thomas looks calm but he's in trouble here. Salace gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Thomas is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Salace lets go of the hold and Thomas can pop his arm back in it's socket.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloppy strikes from Bowron. Those never looked like landing. Ross Bowron seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bowron misses with a double jab.

Mucho misses with a takedown attempt - Bowron sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Bowron misses with a jab, cross combination.
Mucho shoots in looking for a takedown but Bowron manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mucho's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Mucho showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bowron.
Bowron throws a series of punches but Mucho avoids them all with ease. Bowron throws a combination. Mucho tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Horrible takedown by Mucho or perhaps it was just good defense by Bowron which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Grande Mucho. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bowron misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bowron stuffs the takedown attempt from Mucho. Mucho gets slowly back to his feet. Bowron throws a body kick that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bowron slips a straight right by Mucho. Bowron misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Mucho tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bowron sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mucho somewhat. Mucho misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Mucho misses with a leg kick. Bowron tries to clinch but Mucho moves away and Mucho counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bowron won't be happy with that. Mucho thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Bowron wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Mucho has hold of Bowron's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Bowron tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Mucho cranks the arm and Bowron screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Bowron, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
