Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gsp Fanboy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 8 - 1, fighting out of New York, Gregor Mendel! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Columbo Gatti and Alyssa Summers.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mendel closes the distance and clinches up with Fanboy, looking for a takedown. Mendel pushes Fanboy against the cage but Fanboy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Fanboy's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mendel connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Fanboy scrambles back to his feet. Fanboy throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Mendel counters with a right hand to the body. Mendel ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Gregor Mendel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mendel closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Fanboy's guard. Mendel postures up in Fanboy's guard and throws a big left but Fanboy blocks it. Mendel scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Mendel trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Mendel stops Fanboy from standing up.
Mendel is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Fanboy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mendel on the ground. Fanboy is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mendel is controlling him. Fanboy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mendel is one step ahead there. Mendel sitting in guard here, content to control. Mendel wants to control from the top but Fanboy keeps moving.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Fanboy wants to stand up but Mendel is controlling him. Mendel postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Mendel throwing strikes from guard but Fanboy blocks nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mendel thows a big elbow that misses. Fanboy is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mendel is controlling him.
Mendel postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Fanboy is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mendel, into his guard. Fanboy has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Fanboy postures up.
Mendel tries to land a sweep but no joy. Mendel controlling the position. Mendel keeping moving, preventing Fanboy from controlling successfully. Fanboy throwing strikes but missing.

No, Fanboy has managed to get both his arms back between Mendel's legs - danger averted. Fanboy is looking to work some ground and pound but Mendel has wrist control. Fanboy trying to control the position from guard on top but Mendel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fanboy throws a strike but Mendel rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Mendel had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Fanboy defends it easily. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Fanboy trying to control the position from guard on top but Mendel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fanboy trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Fanboy throws a big right hand that misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gregor Mendel dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Fanboy throws a series of strikes that have Mendel backpedaling.
 It looks like Gregor Mendel has been cut.
Mendel fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Fanboy to the ground. Mendel is now in Fanboy's guard. Fanboy trying to control the position.
Mendel trying to control but Fanboy is working from the bottom. Fanboy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Mendel lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Mendel slips nicely into half guard. Fanboy is looking to escape. Mendel looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Fanboy is looking to control Mendel's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Fanboy avoid being mounted? Mendel prevents Fanboy from standing back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Mendel trying to control from half guard but Fanboy is working away. Mendel throwing shots but Fanboy is blocking nicely. Mendel is keen to just control but Fanboy is a slippery customer. Mendel tries to pass to full mount but Fanboy defends it.
Mendel has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Fanboy defend it? Mendel steps over the head and cranks it - Fanboy is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Mendel!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sack throws a big shot that misses. Some wild striking there from L.
L pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Andreas L seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sack looks to throw the jab but L is out of range. A telegraphed right hand from Sack misses the target. L throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sack counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. L throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
L shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sack sprawls well. Sack wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. L gets slowly back to his feet. Sack slips a straight right by L. L misses with a combination
enabling Sack to counter with a crisp jab.
 That's one minute gone in the round. L moves forwards but Sack connects with a nice, crisp jab. Good standup being displayed there by L as he connects with a hook. L throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sack connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
 It looks like Andreas L has been cut. Sack is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. This has been an exciting period of action! L tries a head kick but it misses.

and L counters with a leg kick. L connects with a looping right hand.
L has his takedown stuffed and Sack counters with a stiff right hand. L throws a hook but Sack avoids it easily. L throws an off balance right hand
and Sack counters with a lovely shot to the body. Sack missing with a left hand there. L was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Hacky Sack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andreas L. L throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and L counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Sack thinking. L swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Sack thows a body shot but no joy. L is trying desperately to land a takedown but Sack is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for L.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Sack scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Sack misses with a straight right. Nice cross by Sack. L ducks under a wild hook from Sack. L ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Sack throws a lazy uppercut
and L counters with a lovely straight right hand! L misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Sack makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. L lands a nice hook to Sack's body. Sack takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Sack avoids a punch combination nicely.

Sack looks to throw the jab but L is out of range. L throws a looping overhand right but Sack ducks down to avoid it. Sack throws a hook but L avoids it easily. L dives in and grabs Sack's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sack pushes down on L's head and hops out. L shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sack pinned against the cage. Sack gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Sack lands with a good body shot. Sack is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. L looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. L moves out of range of the strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hacky Sack dominated that round. The cut man is working on Andreas L's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Sack lands a really nice looking cross but L seems unphased.

and Sack counters with a nice uppercut. L throws a shot from downtown. Sack moves away and avoids it. Sack has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Hacky Sack is winning the standup battle so far. Sack moves out of range of the body kick from L.
No joy there for Sack, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
L tries to move into range but Sack moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Sack misses with a hook
and L counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. L misses the jab. Sack is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. L shoots in and drives through. Sack sprawls well. A punch combination from L misses. L throws a predictable looking body shot
and Sack counters with a nice uppercut.
 That's one minute gone in the round. L ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. L closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sack circles away. L is breathing heavily. Sack looks to throw the jab but L is out of range. Sack misses with a right hand and L counters with a nice uppercut. L fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. L takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. L misses with a body punch
and Sack counters with a lovely shot to the body. L misses with a wild combination.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sack crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from L - the referee stops the clock and Sack gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says L. Sack manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. L scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
L takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Sack throws a hook but L avoids it easily. L misses with a series of wild punches.
L tries for a takedown but Sack sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Hacky Sack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andreas L. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sack drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. L swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Sack counters with a straight right hand. L walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. L slips a straight right by Sack. Sack misses with a takedown attempt - L sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. L throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sack with a jab. Sack scores with a hook. Sack thuds his right hand into L's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. L swings widly with a right hand
and Sack counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps L thinking. Sack lands a glancing blow to the side of L's head. Sack throws a poor cross that misses
and L counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Sack misses with an uppercut. L throws a good cross that connects.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Sack throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and L counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. L throws a sloppy head kick and Sack moves out of range easily. L tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Sack jabbing away but nothing is landing. L shoots in for a takedown but Sack shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. A big right from L misses. Sack throws a poor cross that misses
and L counters with a left and a right that stings Sack. L misses with a jab to the body
and Sack connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. L misses with a wild body shot. L on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
L throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hacky Sack dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Andreas L's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
L loads up on a big right hand but Sack slips the punch. L throws a right hand that misses
and Sack counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sack just misses with a punch to the body.
A head kick lands from L that sends Sack to the canvas. Sack tries to scramble back to his feet but L brings him back down into side control.
 Sack is rocked! L tries to move to mount but Sack blocks the move with his legs. L sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Sack is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Sack is not in a great position here, taking some shots. L taking a breather here. L trying to control the position but Sack is working away. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
 That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Sack tries to bench press L off him but L keeps the position. L wants to control for a moment but Sack uses the opportunity to move back to half guard. L is controlling the pace.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. L wants to take a breather but Sack is having none of it.
 The ref stands the fighters back up. Andreas L was stalling too much, according to the referee. Sack on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. L throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. L uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sack.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. L shoots in but no luck this time. Sack misses with a right hand and L counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. L takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Andreas L is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. L shoots and misses enabling Sack to counter with a crisp jab. A telegraphed right hand from Sack misses the target. L rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sack connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. L lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Sack throws a combination that misses
and L counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sack won't be happy with that. Hacky Sack is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sack regains half guard there - taking advantage of L's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. L prevents Sack from improving his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sack is staying active underneath L, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Andreas L has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! L throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Sack is looking for a sweep. L is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sack blocking the ground and pound attempt from L. Sack avoiding damage under a succession of punches from L. L sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Sack defending well though.
And that's the end of the fight! Andreas L comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Sack has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Tamlin scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Summers wants to sweep here but Tamlin controlling him for the moment. Tamlin throws and elbow that misses. Summers uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tamlin's guard. Nice move by Summers! Tamlin pulls Summers in to control the position. Tamlin is looking to sweep but instead, Summers has passed into half guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Tamlin gets full guard. Tamlin keeping moving, preventing Summers from controlling successfully. Tamlin is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Tamlin on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Tamlin tries to get out of the position. Summers trying to control but Tamlin is working from the bottom. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
 The ref stands the fighters back up. Brick Tamlin wasn't doing enough on the ground. Tamlin digs a good hook to Summers's body.

Brick Tamlin dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Tamlin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. A clash of legs there as Tamlin blocks the low kick.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Summers enables Tamlin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Summers manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Tamlin won't allow Summers to sweep him here. Summers keeping full guard, as Tamlin tries to pass. Summers tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Summers isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Tamlin stacks Summers on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Tamlin! Tamlin wants to take a breather but Summers manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Tamlin. Tamlin looking to pass the guard.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramirez circles away from the clinch attempt and Ramirez counters with a nice body shot. Ramirez bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Arealius's head. The crowd cheers as Ramirez lands an impressive looking overhand right. Arealius doesn't seem phased though. Arealius misses with a hook
and Ramirez counters with a lovely straight right hand! Arealius wants to clinch and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. A bone on bone clash there as Ramirez blocks the leg kick.

Bestigor Tazar had his way with Jem Coughlin in that round. The cut man is working on Jem Coughlin's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Coughlin takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Coughlin in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Tazar looks to throw a body kick and Coughlin counters with a nice body kick.
Coughlin tries to clinch there but Tazar circles away.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Coughlin throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Coughlin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Tazar misses with a hook
and Coughlin counters with a lovely straight right hand! Coughlin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tazar.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Tazar throws a lazy right hand but Coughlin sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. The fight stays on the outside here - Coughlin looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Coughlin moves out of range as Tazar throws a body kick.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Coughlin steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tazar. Coughlin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tazar counters with a head kick. That will keep Coughlin thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Tazar misses the shot to the body.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Coughlin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Jem Coughlin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tazar throws a jab when Coughlin was well out of range. Coughlin uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tazar. A low kick from Tazar is predictable there and Coughlin counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
And that's the end of the fight! Bestigor Tazar showed his dominance in that final round. Well Tazar has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
