The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arcinas displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Balboa.

Balboa closes the distance and clinches.
Arcinas has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Balboa is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Balboa ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Balboa no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Arcinas is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Arcinas won't allow Balboa to sweep him here.

Arcinas drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Arcinas jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Well Markson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
