The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Levinson bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Evans's head. Nice shot lands for Levinson. Levinson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Levinson misses with the head strike.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vera works over Paper's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Liquid Paper has been cut. No luck for Vera with that takedown attempt. Paper has his takedown stuffed and Vera counters with a slapping leg kick. Paper is breathing heavily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Vera lands with a shot to the body. Vera tries to land a leg kick but Paper saw it coming and moves away.
Paper gets caught napping as Vera dives in and scores a takedown. Paper manages to retain guard. Vera throwing strikes from guard but Paper blocks nicely. Vera stands up and waves to Paper to follow him. Vera batters Paper with a massive right followed by a huge left! Paper is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Vera lands a final crushing right hand to drop Paper to the mat with a gruesome thud! Vera is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!

I think Deeds might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Evils Deeds. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Deeds thows a body shot but no joy. Dubnyk throws a left and a right that both miss
and Deeds counters with a two punch combo. Deeds shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Dubnyk connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Dubnyk scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Jab from Dubnyk. Deeds gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Deeds takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

French connects with the punch. Hank Reardon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. French ducks under a wild hook from Reardon. French connects with a body shot that sends Reardon's belly button to the back. Reardon connects with a body shot that sends French's belly button to the back. Reardon wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Reardon swinging wildly here.

French lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Reardon takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Reardon throws a poor cross that misses
and French counters with a one-two to the body. French is looking to wear down Reardon with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Reardon gets cracked there but stands up to it.

and French makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Reardon on the wrong end of a nice jab. French lands a jab.
