and Lucic cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Lucic throws an overhand right that lands on Klaustner's shoulder, as Klaustner tries to avoid the shot. Lucic throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Lucic walks into a left hand. Lucic is looking to land body kicks. Lucic drops his hands momentarily and Klaustner takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Klaustner throws a sloppy body shot

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Richardson throws an off balance right hand
and Jackson counters with a nice uppercut. Richardson loads up on a big right hand but Jackson slips the punch. Some wild striking there from Richardson.
Richardson thows a body shot but no joy. Richardson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Jackson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Richardson throws a sloppy head kick and Jackson counters with an inside leg kick. Richardson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jackson circles away quickly and effectively. A head kick by Richardson misses and Jackson counters with a leg kick. Jackson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Richardson. Jackson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Jackson turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Richardson feints a jab promting Jackson to slip. Richardson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jackson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Richardson attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Jackson looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Richardson tests Jackson's chin there with a solid looking shot. Jackson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Richardson throws out the jab. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Radic fails with the takedown and Stevens decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Radic's guard. Stevens won't allow Radic to sweep him here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stevens with a flurry of punches that miss. Radic working a defensive guard here.
Radic is looking for a triangle but Stevens pushes his legs off easily.
Radic bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Stevens's guard.

Radic escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stevens gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Stevens works over Radic with some ground and pound from guard. Stevens trying to control the position from guard on top but Radic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stevens stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Radic swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Radic avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Stevens looking to sit in guard and control but Radic gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Radic wants to stand but Stevens is controlling his posture from full guard. Spyde Radic has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Radic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Radic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Radic has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Stevens is proving hard to escape from. Radic wants to pass the guard but Stevens is keeping the position. Radic will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Radic won't allow Stevens to sweep him here. Stevens preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Radic slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Stevens is looking for a sweep. Radic wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Stevens, who protects the arm well. Stevens manages to work his way to half guard, despite Radic's best efforts.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Stevens is pressing down on Radic's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Stevens lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Radic! Radic regains half guard. Radic is trying to control but can't.

Boubeez not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
