The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Petric with a lazy takedown attempt and William holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Petric tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. William smiles and moves away.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lavelle throws a head kick but Capone moves out of range.
Lavelle lands with a kick to the temple. Capone shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Lavelle lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Capone backs up against the cage.
Capone is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Lavelle Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Capone is out cold, face down on the mat!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White gets in close and instigates a clinch. White gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Dag.
White jumps guard.
Dag trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. White is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Dag wants to control from the top but White keeps moving. White is looking for a triangle but Dag pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dag trying to control but White is working from the bottom. Dag tries to free his leg and advance position but White is retaining full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White is trying to control the position but Dag postures up. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Dag closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming White to the mat! White manages to get full guard.

Dag stands and throws White's legs to the side, diving into side control. Dag wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by White, who protects the arm well. But no, White has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Dag but great work by White. White trying to control the position but Dag is working away. White working the head with strikes. Dag is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Dag keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. White is pressing down on Dag's thigh, looking to free his foot. Dag is holding on for now. Dag tries to get to full guard but White has control of the leg. White seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

He hasn't managed just yet though. Dag wants to get back to full guard. White passes to full mount! White looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. White prevents Dag from getting the reversal. White wants to control the pace but Dag is squirming around nicely. Dag is trying to stand. Dag keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Dobryi Dag will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tor shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Tor was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! De Jong regains half guard. De Jong looks like he's trying to stand up.
Tor not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Tor working the head and body with strikes. De Jong regains full guard. Nicely done. De Jong wants to stand up but Tor is controlling him. Tor stands up over De Jong, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. De Jong keeping moving, preventing Tor from controlling successfully. Tor prevents De Jong from getting back to his feet. De Jong is trying to control the position but Tor postures up. Tor working some strikes from top position.

Tor throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as De Jong works some decent striking defense from the bottom. De Jong keeping moving, preventing Tor from controlling successfully. De Jong is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Tor scores with a couple of nice shots.
De Jong is rocked! Tor lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt De Jong quite badly. De Jong pulls Tor in close trying to recover. Tor postures up and lands two really hard shots that put De Jong on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but De Jong doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wolowitz shoots in for a takedown but Mcghee shows good takedown defense. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Mcghee. Wolowitz shoots for a double leg takedown but Mcghee sprawls well. He's pushed Wolowitz's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Mcghee pivots, looking for a leg kick but Wolowitz is out of range and Mcghee settles back down. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wolowitz takes a swing at Mcghee's ribcage but misses. Wolowitz misses the shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcghee misses with a low kick. A big left from Wolowitz misses. Wolowitz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mcghee pinned against the cage. Wolowitz tries to bum rush Mcghee with a series of wild strikes but Mcghee uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A looping hook to the body misses from Wolowitz. Mcghee does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A jab from Wolowitz does it's job there. Mcghee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wolowitz swats him away and circles back towards the center. Mcghee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Wolowitz dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Wolowitz with a poor takedown and Mcghee counters with a slapping leg kick. Wolowitz throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. The fighters circle momentarily. Wolowitz darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Wolowitz is looking to wear down Mcghee with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mcghee avoids a punch combination nicely.

Wolowitz shoots in for a takedown but Mcghee shows good takedown defense. Mcghee takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Wolowitz misses with a left hand and Mcghee finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Willie Mcghee has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Wolowitz scores with a jab to the head.
Wolowitz closes the distance and clinches up with Mcghee, looking for a takedown. Wolowitz pushes Mcghee against the cage but Mcghee circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Wolowitz jabbing away but nothing is landing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wolowitz shoots and misses and Mcghee counters with a thumping low kick.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Howard Wolowitz. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wolowitz, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
