Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Peter Beardsley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Ketchup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Peter Beardsley has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Peter Beardsley seems to be OK! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ketchup gets the takedown into side control. Ketchup wants to control but Beardsley is keeping him busy. Beardsley is trying to improve his position. Ketchup controls the position. Beardsley sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Beardsley wants to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ketchup wants to advance to full mount but Beardsley doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Beardsley wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Beardsley might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Beardsley tries to land a sweep but no joy. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aie drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Robinson gets back to half guard. Robinson gets back to full guard.
Robinson has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Aie trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Robinson preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Aie avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Aie keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Robinson's head. Aie throws and elbow that misses. Robinson uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Aie's guard. Nice move by Robinson! Robinson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

He's managed to get a loose triangle. Robinson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Aie scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Aie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Aie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James lunges at Thomas with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Thomas's hand. James shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Thomas but Thomas pushes him off and we're back to square one. James misses with a lunging right hand
and Thomas counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Thomas misses with an uppercut
and Thomas takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Thomas connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between James's hands. Thomas throws a series of punches but James avoids them all with ease. James looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Thomas is fending him off so far but James persists. Nope, Thomas circles away and we're back to standing. Thomas misses with a few strikes there.

Thomas takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Horrible takedown by James or perhaps it was just good defense by Thomas which made him look bad. James misses with a double jab
and Thomas counters with a three punch combo that has James backing up. James nods at Thomas to acknowledge the strikes. Thomas bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. James tries to clinch up but Thomas circles away and keeps his distance. Thomas is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
James closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Thomas quickly recovers to half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! James stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. James throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Thomas counters with a straight right hand. James is breathing heavily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Thomas looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. James smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. James with a hook. James jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

That was a close round but I would say that Brett James will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
James shoots in and drives through. Thomas sprawls well. Thomas takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Terry gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Guy to score an easy takedown into full guard. Guy drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Terry dives on top into guard. Terry avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Guy controls Terry momentarily but Terry frees himself. Terry got a little sloppy there for a moment and Guy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Terry has managed to get both his arms back between Guy's legs - danger averted. Guy is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Guy is working an open guard so Terry takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Guy keeping moving, preventing Terry from controlling successfully. Guy keeping full guard, as Terry tries to pass. Guy has control of Terry's left arm, preventing Terry from doing any damage. Guy has momentary wrist control but Terry slips an elbow through the middle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Guy is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Terry pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Terry can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Guy is looking to escape. Terry lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Guy hang on? Guy tries to lock up and control but Terry gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tombstone Terry showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Tombstone Terry. Well Terry has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Terry Cheese! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Silvers! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Richard Clark and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cheese throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silvers. Cheese misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Cheese wants to clinch up but Silvers keeps it at a distance. Cheese lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Silvers circles away quickly and effectively. Silvers gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Cheese counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Silvers! Cheese looking to secure an arm triangle but Silvers defends it well. Silvers sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Silvers wants to improve his position but Cheese is controlling well.
Cheese decides to stand and escape the position. Silvers misses with a takedown attempt and Cheese counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Silvers ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Silvers no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Cheese got a little sloppy there for a moment and Silvers has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Cheese has managed to get both his arms back between Silvers's legs - danger averted.

But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Silvers, into his guard. Cheese wants to pass the guard but Silvers is keeping the position. Silvers has his foot on Cheese's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cheese works his way back into a safe position though. Cheese drops back looking for a leg! Silvers is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Silvers manages to kick Cheese off! Cheese jumps back into Silvers's guard. Terry Cheese overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Cheese avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Cheese seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Silvers does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Cheese passes into side control, despite Silvers's attempt to control the position.
