2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jimy Nguyen! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Edson Gomes and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Nguyen does no damage. Ribeiro throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nguyen's waist but Nguyen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ribeiro off to one side. Ribeiro throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nguyen fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ribeiro, pushing him back against the ropes. Ribeiro tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Nguyen smiles and moves away.
Nguyen jabs Ribeiro right on the nose. Ribeiro blinks but takes it well. Nguyen doesn't manage to clinch there - Ribeiro circles away.
Ribeiro gets a takedown into half guard. Ribeiro thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Nguyen wants to control but Ribeiro is keeping busy and won't allow it. Ribeiro sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Nguyen defending well though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nguyen wants to get back to his feet.
Nguyen taking some punishment here, with Ribeiro in his half guard. Ribeiro has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Ribeiro seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Ribeiro is taking a breather. Nguyen says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Ribeiro is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Nguyen is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Killer showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Pickens.
Pickens blocks a head kick by Killer.
Sneezer Killer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pickens checks a low kick from Killer. Killer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pickens throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Killer's head. Killer has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Pickens. Pickens throws a sloppy head kick and Killer moves out of range easily. Killer throws a leg kick that misses. Pickens connects with a right hand. Killer shakes it off. Killer blocks a head kick by Pickens.

It looks like Britten Pickens has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Killer looks to land a right hand but Pickens moved out of range. Killer throws a sloppy head kick and Pickens counters with a one-two to the body. Killer slips under a jab. Pickens uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Killer. Pickens throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Sneezer Killer has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Killer uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Killer misses with a two punch combination.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Killer just misses with a punch to the body.
Pickens throws out a powerful jab. Pickens wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pickens slips under a jab from Killer. Killer takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Killer scores with a body shot.
Killer takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Pickens goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Pickens misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pickens lands a big head kick that sends Killer to the canvas! Pickens follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bullit is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Velasquez's half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Velasquez is looking to control Bullit's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Velasquez avoid being mounted? Bullit is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Velasquez! Velasquez swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Velasquez is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Bullit has taken his back.
Velasquez wants to get back to his feet. Velasquez tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Bullit has hold of Velasquez's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Velasquez manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Bullit is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Velasquez is surviving well by controlling Bullit's body position as best he can. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Velasquez flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Velasquez bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Velasquez is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
That's one minute gone in the round. Velasquez postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Velasquez in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Bullit utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Velasquez trying to control the position from guard on top but Bullit is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bullit is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Velasquez throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Velasquez is looking to improve his position.
Bullit is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. He's hooked one of Bullit's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bullit's back! Velasquez punches the canvas rather than the man. Velasquez somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. Velasquez is breathing heavily. Velasquez punches the canvas rather than the man. Velasquez could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Bullit trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Velasquez doesn't have the hooks in and Bullit manages to turn into his guard.
Velasquez keeping moving, preventing Bullit from controlling successfully. Velasquez striking off his back but it's not causing Bullit any problems. Bullit is in close to Velasquez's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Bullit is trying hard to land a takedown here. Velasquez sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Velasquez shoots and misses and Bullit decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Velasquez's guard. Bullit not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Bullit passes into half guard. Velasquez is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Bullit is trying to work for a kimura but Velasquez is defending well.
Bullit seems to be looking for submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bullit is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Velasquez defends it well. Velasquez is looking for a sweep. Bullit is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Velasquez won't allow Bullit to pass to mount. Bullit takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Velasquez throws a strike from the bottom but Bullit passes into side control!
Bullit is looking to take a break and control but Velasquez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Velasquez wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land. Velasquez is trying to control Bullit's posture but Bullit avoids it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Bullit changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Velasquez looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Velasquez is looking to regain half guard here but Bullit keeps moving and retains side control. Bullit trying to control the action but Velasquez is working from the bottom. Velasquez takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Bullit is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Velasquez is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Bullit tries for a kimura but Velasquez is defending well. Velasquez throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Bullit working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Charlie Bullit dominated that round. That's time! Velasquez's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Velasquez with a poor takedown and Bullit counters with a takedown into side control. Velasquez misses with an elbow from the bottom. Velasquez tries to improve position but can't. Bullit tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Velasquez tries to bench press Bullit off him but Bullit keeps the position. Velasquez throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Bullit is trying to get an arm triangle but Velasquez is defending well. Bullit is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Velasquez has escaped the position, nice work there. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bullit stands up and beckons Velasquez to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Velasquez has his takedown stuffed and Bullit counters with a shoot takedown. Velasquez fights it but they end up in guard. Bullit slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Velasquez manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Bullit is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Charlie Bullit has got the better of the ground game so far. Velasquez throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Bullit is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Velasquez's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Velasquez's back! Bullit wants to control but Velasquez is keeping busy. Velasquez turns into Bullit and is now in his guard.

Bullit swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bullit bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Velasquez's guard. Velasquez throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Bullit pushes down on Velasquez's leg and manages to get into half guard. Velasquez is looking for a sweep. Bullit is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Bullit is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Bullit working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Velasquez is desperately trying to improve his position but Bullit has a good base and remains in mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bullit works his way to his opponent's back.
Velasquez is trying to defend against the choke here but Bullit has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Bullit Tightens the hold and Velasquez taps out furiously! Bullit displays superior BJJ to win the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller forces Andreas back against the ropes and clinches. Miller creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Andreas's defenses.
It looks like Rodrigo Andreas has been cut. Miller trying to land knees to the body.
Miller manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

That has opened up Rodrigo Andreas's cut even more. Andreas takes an elbow to the forehead. Miller lands a nice knee to the body. Knees to the body from Miller.

The cut above Rodrigo Andreas's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Miller just leaning against Andreas, taking a breather. Miller comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Rodrigo Andreas's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Rodrigo Andreas's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

But Booth has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Booth! Booth avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
d is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Booth would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. d pushes a forearm under Booth's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Booth is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Good exchange - Bonnet coming out on top. A left lands for Bonnet . Bonnet scores with a nice strike. Bonnet looks to throw the jab but Po is out of range. Bonnet loads up on a big right hand but Po slips the punch. Bonnet just misses with a punch to the body.
Po throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Bonnet crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mello. Mello showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lee.
Mello takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Mello tries to keep at a distance but Lee has taken the fight into the clinch. Jackson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. An inside leg kick lands from Linus. Linus explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Jackson closes the distance and clinches up with Linus, looking for a takedown. Jackson pushes Linus against the ropes but Linus circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Ben Linus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Noel Jackson.

Linus lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Linus lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Linus cracks Jackson with a right hand to the side of the head. Linus buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Linus keeps Jackson at a distance using the push kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jackson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Linus is fending him off so far but Jackson persists. Nope, Linus circles away and we're back to standing. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Linus delivers a nice body kick. An inside leg kick lands from Linus. Jackson throws a head kick that misses and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
And that's the end of the fight! Ben Linus showed his dominance in that final round. Well Linus has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
