The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stalit doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Stalit looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Son cracks Stalit with an open hand slap.
It looks like Ryan Stalit has been cut. Son jabs Stalit to the body, keeping him at a distance. Son lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A big right followed by a crushing left from Son knocks Stalit out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson darts in trying to clinch and Pop counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Johnson is lucky that one didn't land flush. Johnson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Pop throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Pop scores with a three punch combo!

Vegas Pop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pop cracks the inside of Johnson's front leg. Pop lands with a slapping head kick. Johnson throws a predictable looking body shot
and Pop counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. A head kick from Pop lands but Johnson takes it in his stride. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pop lands a nice leg kick that just misses Johnson's sensitive parts. Pop scores with a leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Pop goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Johnson takes a kick to the side of the head. Pop looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Pop tries to bum rush Johnson with a series of wild strikes but Johnson uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Pop lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Pop pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Johnson back to the cage. Pop follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Pop throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Johnson is rocked! Pop lands a big head kick that sends Johnson to the canvas! Pop follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gatovskiy with a lazy takedown attempt and Silva counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Gatovskiy looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Silva tries to pass the half guard into mount. Gatovskiy knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Gatovskiy tries to get to full guard but Silva has control of the leg. Gatovskiy actively working from the bottom here. Silva postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Gatovskiy to stand up. Silva darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Gatovskiy wants to get back to full guard but Silva has passed into side control. Gatovskiy is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
