The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Loose gets a clinch. Silva escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Loose closes the distance and pushes Silva back into the cage. Silva pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Loose working some nice short punches in the clinch.
It looks like Anderson Silva has been cut. Loose is pushing Silva up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Loose breaks from the clinch.
Loose tries to clinch there but Silva circles away.
Loose throws a head kick that Silva semi-blocks.
Silva is rocked! Loose goes for a small jab and connects. Now Loose goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Silva stumbles back but Loose runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Silva to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Silva will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fredriksson doesn't succeed with the takedown and Irvin counters with a right hand to the body. Irvin throws a right and a left that Fredriksson avoids nicely. Fredriksson has his takedown stuffed and Irvin counters with a one-two to the body. Fredriksson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Fredriksson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Fredriksson is looking for a kimura but Irvin is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Fredriksson to get the leverage.

Gracie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Moyon knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Gracie fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Moyon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground. Gracie lands a nice forearm strike. Moyon is trying to escape the position but Gracie is controlling the position. Gracie is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Moyon is trying to escape and Gracie transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Moyon is forced to tap! Nice work there by Gracie! Very nice indeed!

It connects and Rush has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Rush is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Noons scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. He has Rush in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Rush is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Noons pulls him back up using the underhooks.
