The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Richlin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Studer circles away quickly and effectively. Richlin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Studer. Studer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Richlin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Studer somewhat. Richlin leaves Studer with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Richlin throws a body punch but Studer moves out of range. Studer takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Studer is trying hard to land a takedown here. Richlin sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Frank Richlin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brett Studer. Richlin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Studer. Studer shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Richlin pinned against the cage. Richlin gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Richlin looks to land a combination but Studer avoids it well. Studer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Richlin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Studer. Studer fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Studer shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Richlin sprawls well. Richlin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Studer gets slowly back to his feet. Studer looks gassed! No joy there for Richlin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Richlin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Frank Richlin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Studer takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Richlin throws a big shot that misses. Oooh a lovely combination from Richlin sends Studer down but not out. Richlin dives into side control looking to finish.
Studer is rocked! Richlin decides to take the fight back to the feet. Richlin misses with the combination.
Richlin circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Studer tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Richlin wins by KO!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! MPumbu displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
It looks like Allen Templer has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Templer misses with a takedown and MPumbu counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Templer down! MPumbu is looking to finish but Templer is intelligently defending himself.
Templer is rocked! MPumbu decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Templer, up you get! MPumbu dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Templer looks gassed! Nice combo by MPumbu! Oh, that's hurt him - Templer falls to the canvas and MPumbu follows him into side control. Templer is still in real trouble! Can MPumbu finish him?
That has opened up Allen Templer's cut even more. MPumbu stands up. Templer seems to have recovered his senses. Templer takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. A shot to the liver by MPumbu. Beautiful body shot. Templer is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
MPumbu gets in close and tags Templer with a short punch that almost sends Templer to the mat! Oh Templer is in big trouble! He turns his back on MPumbu, trying to create some distance but MPumbu rushes him, striking wildly and Templer goes down! The referee tackles MPumbu into the ropes to end the fight! MPumbu is one violent man!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kowalski fails with the takedown and Keefer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Keefer lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Kowalski tries to clinch but fails miserably and Keefer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A lazy body kick from Kowalski and Keefer counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Keefer jabs at Kowalski's body. Kowalski drops his hands momentarily and Keefer takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Keefer drops Kowalski with a left right combo! Keefer follows him down to the ground into side control.
Kowalski is rocked! Keefer cracks Kowalski with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Keefer immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Kowalski is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Keefer!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Redondo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Le's guard. Redondo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Le is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Redondo is controlling him. Redondo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Redondo passes Le's left leg - he's now in half guard. Redondo is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Le has managed to free his arm - good work. Redondo trying to pass the guard but Le defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Redondo decides to return to a standing position. Le doesn't manage to clinch there - Redondo circles away.
Redondo shoots in looking for a takedown. Le tries to sprawl out of it but Redondo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Le manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Le looks to clinch and Redondo counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Le! Le is desperately trying to improve his position but Redondo has a good base and remains in mount. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Le is breathing heavily. Redondo jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Le is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Le and Redondo has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Redondo has hold of Le's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Le tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Redondo cranks the arm and Le screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Le, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pounder misses with a looping right. Pain tries to clinch up enabling Pounder to counter with a crisp jab. Pain shoots and misses and Pounder counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Pain shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pounder as he avoids it easily. Pain moves out of range of the strikes. Pounder has managed to clinch.
Pounder lands a hook that snaps the head of Pain backwards. Pounder lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Pounder lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Pounder blocks a body shot from Pain. A short right from Pounder on the inside. Pounder lands a nice uppercut. Pounder has Pain pushed against the ropes. Pain drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Uber Pounder has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Pain. Pain tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Pounder smiles and moves away.
Pain takes a body punch but keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pounder lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Pain shoots in for a takedown but Pounder shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Pain dodges the punch combination from Pounder.
Pain throws a combination that misses letting Pounder counter with a right hand. Pounder throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Pain stumbling backwards into the ropes! Pain bounces back off the ropes towards Pounder, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Pounder lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Pounder celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Uber Pounder! Uber Pounder retains his middleweight title!

Shutter bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. A slow jab from Lesner misses its intended target. Shutter throws a series of punches but Lesner avoids them all with ease. Lesner misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Mahama throwing strikes but missing. Rockefeller working for a triangle but Mahama defends it easily.
