Vegas shoots in looking for a takedown. Fox tries to sprawl out of it but Vegas keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fox manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Vegas moves in looking to clinch but Fox pushes him off.
Vegas throws the left hand but Fox avoids the punch easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fox throws a right hand that Vegas ducks under and follows up with a left that Vegas also avoids with ease.

Fox lunges at Vegas with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Vegas's hand.
Vegas dodges the punch combination from Fox.
Nice defenses there by Fox.
Vegas fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Fox checks a low kick from Vegas.
Vegas shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Vegas shoots in for a takedown but Fox shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Vegas fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fox has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Vegas fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fox, pushing him back against the cage.
The referee calls for Vegas to work.
Fox looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Vegas continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.
Fox is trying to break the clinch but Vegas is controlling him.

Vegas will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Fox up against the cage.

Well Vegas has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Gracie takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Viper chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Gracie on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Anton Viper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Viper goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The fighters circle momentarily. Viper darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Viper connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Viper shoots in and bounces Gracie off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Viper missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Viper in particular looking to stall.
Viper tries to stand but can't do so whilst Gracie controls his leg.

Viper is taking a breather. Gracie says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

It looks like Ronaldo Gracie has been cut.

Viper throws a sloppy head kick and Gracie moves out of range easily.
Viper bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Gracie's head backwards.
Gracie walks into a left hand.
Viper leaves Gracie with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Viper throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Gracie on the side of the head.
Gracie pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Viper works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Gracie closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Viper! Gracie is out on his feet! Viper rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Gracie is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Gracie is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

deVries has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing James to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! deVries is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - James pulls down on the head and he's put deVries to sleep! This one is all over!
