7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, The Juggernaut! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nenad Dokic! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Ivan Kurochkin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dokic listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
It looks like The Juggernaut has been cut. Dokic throws a sloppy head kick and Juggernaut moves out of range easily. Juggernaut dives in and scores a takedown into Dokic's guard. Dokic is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Juggernaut is aware though and is defending well. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dokic tries to land a sweep but no joy. Juggernaut stops Dokic from standing up. Juggernaut forces his way into half guard. Juggernaut is trying to work for a kimura but Dokic is defending well.

Juggernaut is looking to regain half guard here but Dokic keeps moving and retains side control. Dokic wants to lay and pray for a moment but Juggernaut keeps working. Nenad Dokic dominated that round. The cut man is working on The Juggernaut's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Dokic connects with a good right hand that stumbles Juggernaut. Juggernaut circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Juggernaut is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dokic's half guard. Juggernaut is looking for a kimura here.

Dokic slips out almost immediately though and dives into Juggernaut's guard. Dokic lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Juggernaut has his foot on Dokic's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dokic works his way back into a safe position though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dokic throwing strikes but missing. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dokic thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Juggernaut working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Dokic. Juggernaut keeping moving, preventing Dokic from controlling successfully. Juggernaut is looking for a triangle but Dokic pushes his legs off easily.

Juggernaut is not content to let Dokic control the position. Juggernaut looks like he's trying to stand up.
Dokic not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dokic is trying to control. Juggernaut wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Juggernaut looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Nenad Dokic showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on The Juggernaut's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Juggernaut with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dokic to score with a decent uppercut. Dokic rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Juggernaut moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A head kick misses from Dokic. Dokic moves out of range of the body kick. Dokic throws a good cross that connects.
Dokic scores with a crisp jab that stopped Juggernaut in his tracks. Nenad Dokic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Danga de danga de dang - Dokic scores with a four punch combination! Juggernaut avoids a kick to the body.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Nice shot by Dokic. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Juggernaut shoots in but no luck this time. Dokic tries to land a front kick but Juggernaut steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Dokic throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Dokic swings away with a leg kick that misses. Dokic lands a glancing blow to the side of Juggernaut's head. Nenad Dokic is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dokic scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Dokic throws a leg kick but Juggernaut sees it coming and checks it nicely. Juggernaut throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dokic was covering up waiting for the punch and Juggernaut finishes the takedown easily into guard. Juggernaut pushing down on Dokic's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Juggernaut postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Dokic is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Juggernaut, into his guard. Dokic content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. The Juggernaut has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Nenad Dokic is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Juggernaut keeping moving, preventing Dokic from controlling successfully. Dokic trying to stand up but can't free himself from Juggernaut's guard. Dokic wants to control from the top but Juggernaut keeps moving. Dokic got a little sloppy there for a moment and Juggernaut has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dokic has managed to get both his arms back between Juggernaut's legs - danger averted.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zelonka closes the distance but Placido moves to the side letting Placido counter with a right hand. Zelonka gets a takedown into half guard. Zelonka wants to take a breather but Placido is having none of it. Placido is defending against the submission attempts here by Zelonka.
Zelonka thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Placido's head. Zelonka performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Placido controlling the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zelonka thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Zelonka throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Zelonka thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Placido to regain full guard. Zelonka throws a big right hand that misses. Placido really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zelonka. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Zelonka trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Placido manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Zelonka wants to sweep but no luck. Zelonka had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Zelonka uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Placido. Zelonka throws a looping overhand right but Placido ducks down to avoid it. Placido swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A lazy body kick from Zelonka and Placido counters with a left to the body. Zelonka catches Placido with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Placido thuds his right hand into Zelonka's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. The fighters circle momentarily. Placido darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Placido scores with a jab. Zelonka acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Placido gets a clinch. Placido breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Decent striking displayed by Placido there. Placido lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Placido displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Zelonka throws out the jab. Placido looks to land a combination but Zelonka avoids it well. A swing and a miss from Zelonka. Placido closes the distance and lands a one-two. Placido is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Placido scores with a jab to the head.
Zelonka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Placido lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Zelonka takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Zelonka throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Placido clinches up with Zelonka and pushes him back against the cage. A right hand to the body from Placido.
Placido stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Placido lands a right hand that snaps the head of Zelonka backwards. Placido stalls. Zelonka looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Zelonka is trying to force a seperation but Placido has the dominant position. Placido breaks the clinch.
Placido scores with a jab to the body. Placido throws a series of punches but Zelonka avoids them all with ease. The crowd cheers as Placido lands an impressive looking overhand right. Zelonka doesn't seem phased though. A left and a right from Placido both land. Nice combination. Zelonka misses the jab. Jab by Placido. Zelonka looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. The fight moves into the clinch position. Placido cracks Zelonka with a nice body shot. Zelonka's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Zelonka tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Placido just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zed Zelonka. That's going to take a lot out of him. Placido lands on the inside with an uppercut. Placido lands a body punch. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A hook to the body from Placido.
Placido lands a right hand that snaps the head of Zelonka backwards. Placido lands a body punch in the clinch. A short body shot lands from Placido as the two fighters clinch.
Placido breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Placido looks to land a combination. Zelonka sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Placido lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Zelonka backs up against the cage.
Placido scores with a nice strike. Placido smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Placido scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Placido cracks Zelonka with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Placido misses with a wild combination.
Placido scores with the left hand. Zelonka knows he should have avoided that one. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Zelonka throws a right hand that misses
and Placido counters with a lovely straight right hand! Zelonka looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. A jab lands there for Placido. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ramon Placido showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Zelonka throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Placido counters with a two punch combo. Placido moves in looking to clinch but Zelonka pushes him off. Zelonka uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Placido has time to react. Placido stalks Zelonka and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Zelonka's face. Zelonka staggers backwards, shaken. Placido lands with an uppercut that bounces Zelonka off the cage and back into rage. Zelonka moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Placido jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Placido has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Placido bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Zelonka's head backwards. Placido lands a head shot. Placido might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Placido gets a clinch. Placido tries to stall but Zelonka uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
A left hand lands to the body for Placido.
Zelonka drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Placido gets the underhooks and prevents it.
A right hook to the body lands for Placido.
Placido lands a left hand.
This has been an exciting period of action! A short uppercut from Placido. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Placido breaks the clinch.
Zelonka takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Placido throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Placido throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Zelonka on the side of the head. Placido scores with a shot to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Placido moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Nice body punch from Placido. Zelonka on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Placido scores with a crisp jab that stopped Zelonka in his tracks. Nice uppercut lands for Placido. That snapped Zelonka's head back.
Placido's jab looks to have found its range, popping Zelonka under the eye. Placido lands a jab to the head.

Placido connects with a good right hand that stumbles Zelonka. Zelonka circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Placido is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zelonka. Placido scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Placido throws a lazy right hand but Zelonka sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Zelonka walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Zelonka fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Placido sprawls well initially but Zelonka persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Zelonka missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Placido holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Placido is looking for a sweep. Zelonka is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Placido has his hands clasped together around Zelonka's back. He's all about the action. Placido trying to hold on to Zelonka's head to control him but Zelonka postures up.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Zelonka wants to control but Placido is keeping him busy. Zelonka is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Placido manages to get to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Placido lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Zelonka! Placido content just to control the position here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Zelonka gets back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Ramon Placido comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Placido has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Danga de danga de dang - Drustav scores with a four punch combination! Drustav throws the left hand but Karaev avoids the punch easily. Drustav lands a nice hook to Karaev's body. Karaev takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Karaev throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Drustav counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A leg kick checked by Karaev. Drustav throws a combination that misses and Karaev counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Drustav throws a low kick, looking for Karaev's leg but Karaev calmly moves out of range. Drustav throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Karaev sees it coming and avoids it easily. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Burns thows a left - swing and a miss! Bastard swings and misses with a shot to the body and Burns counters with a one-two to the body. Bastard dips to his left and cracks Burns with an uppercut! Burns defending well as Bastard loads up on a big left hand. Burns throws a jab when Bastard was well out of range. Bastard rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Burns moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Bastard misses with a right hand and Burns finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Bastard misses with an uppercut

Burns tries to close the distance and clinch but Bastard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Bastard with a nice cross. Bastard cracks Burns with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Bastard rushes Burns and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Burns keeps control of Bastard as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Burns misses with some punches.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kim throws a looping overhand right but Xenos ducks down to avoid it. Kim's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Xenos connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kim scrambles back to his feet. Xenos scores with a nice head shot. Xenos connects with a leg kick. Kim looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Kim connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Xenos tries to close the distance and clinch but Kim swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kim bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Xenos's head backwards. Kim looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Kim not landing any meaningful shots this time. Xenos is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kim's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kim's back! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Xenos doesn't have the hooks in and Kim manages to turn into his guard.
