0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Waz Jitsu! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jitsu shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Diggs sprawls well. Diggs wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jitsu gets slowly back to his feet. Diggs listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Diggs throws a combination. Jitsu tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Diggs tries to clinch up but Jitsu circles away and keeps his distance. Diggs lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jitsu backs up against the ropes.
Diggs shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jitsu sprawls well. Jitsu wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Diggs gets slowly back to his feet. Diggs closes the distance and lands a one-two. Diggs goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. A frustrated look appears on Jitsu's face as he tries to break the clinch. Jitsu stalling in the clinch but Diggs improves position. A right handed body shot lands from Diggs.
This has been an exciting period of action! Diggs escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Reggie Diggs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Waz Jitsu. Diggs just leaning against Jitsu, taking a breather. Diggs lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Jitsu or not. Jitsu has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Diggs looking to stall.

Jitsu looks gassed! Diggs is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes. Diggs lands a hook that snaps the head of Jitsu backwards. A body shot lands from Diggs.

Diggs lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Diggs lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jitsu backs up against the ropes.

Diggs moves into the clinch. Jitsu has Diggs pressed against the ropes, preventing Diggs from circling away and getting back to striking at range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Diggs is looking to clinch but Jitsu is avoiding it.

Diggs has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Jitsu uses from the top position. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Diggs has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Jitsu doesn't defend quickly enough and Diggs has managed to lock this one up! Can Jitsu escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Diggs on a fantastic submission victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Head misses with a few strikes there.
Head plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Head keeps the fight on the outside. Head takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Head throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Balboa slips under a jab from Head. Head is looking to take this fight into the clinch. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Balboa. Head tries a head kick but it misses.
Head wants to clinch. Head is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Balboa. Head lands with a nice combination. Balboa backs away looking to recover. This has been an exciting period of action! Balboa shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Head defends it nicely.

Head is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Head breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Head defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Balboa. Head lands a lovely overhand right. Head cracks Balboa with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Balboa gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Head.

It connects and Balboa has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Head jabs Balboa right on the nose. Balboa blinks but takes it well. Balboa is looking to clinch but Head is avoiding it.

Head manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Head misses with a jab, cross combination.

Head is fending him off so far but Balboa persists. Nope, Head circles away and we're back to standing. Head throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Balboa. A punch combination from Head misses. Nice sprawl there from Head as Balboa shoots in. Head keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Rocky Balboa is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Head wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Head feints and then cracks Balboa's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Balboa down. Head has been the more effective fighter overall so far. A chopping leg kick lands by Head. Head scoring well with a low kick there.

Jon Head is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Head throws a series of punches but Balboa avoids them all with ease. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Balboa closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Head, right into the meat.
Rocky Balboa has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Head tries to clinch but Balboa is having none of it.
And that's the end of the fight! Jon Head comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Head winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice jab there from Belfort. A low kick from Belfort misses and Prime counters with a takedown into side control. Prime tries for a kimura but Belfort is defending well. Belfort is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Prime is controlling him well. Prime goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Belfort has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Prime but great work by Belfort. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Prime is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Belfort off and has taken his back! Prime is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Belfort looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Prime is looking for the choke from the back position but Belfort is controlling his hands well. Prime looking for the RNC. Prime is persistently looking for the submission but Belfort is defending it well.

He has one arm under the chin but Belfort has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Belfort really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Prime. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Belfort wants to get back to his feet. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Belfort staying busy and making it hard for Prime to control. Belfort defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.

Balboa tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vass sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Balboa somewhat. Vass tries to clinch but Balboa is having none of it. Vass tries to close the distance and clinch but Balboa swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Vass throws a leg kick but Balboa moved away. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Knuckles shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Knuckles showed some decent athleticism there. Ward is staying active underneath Knuckles, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Ward trying to hold on to Knuckles's head to control him but Knuckles postures up.
Knuckles is looking for a kimura but Ward is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Knuckles to get the leverage. Ward tries to roll over but Knuckles keeps him under control. Ward looks like he's trying to stand up.
Knuckles decides to stand and escape the position. Knuckles tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Ward paws at him with a jab and circles away. Knuckles scores with a takedown into Ward's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Ward tries to land a sweep but no joy. Knuckles wants to control from the top but Ward keeps moving. Knuckles in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Daddy tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Khan displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Daddy is nestled in close to Khan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Daddy lands strikes from half guard.

Rhodes distracts Tugarinov with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Rhodes scoring with some ground and pound. Rhodes thows a big elbow that misses. Tugarinov has his foot on Rhodes's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rhodes works his way back into a safe position though. Tugarinov is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rhodes defends well. Rhodes trying to control but Tugarinov is working from the bottom. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Rhodes landing with the ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rhodes accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hank Rhodes showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Tugarinov has a takedown stuffed. Rhodes tries to clinch but Tugarinov is having none of it. Decent striking displayed by Rhodes there. Rhodes connects with a looping right hand.
Horrible takedown by Tugarinov or perhaps it was just good defense by Rhodes which made him look bad. Rhodes smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Rhodes closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Tugarinov! Rhodes dives in looking to finish! Tugarinov is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
