Strauss shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Luka defends it nicely.
Don Luka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Vodkin has his takedown stuffed
and Soares counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Soares looks to land a combination. Vodkin sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Sergey Vodkin has been cut.
Soares is pawing at Vodkin, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Vodkin's nose. Vodkin is badly hurt! Soares pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Vodkin tries desperately to hold on but Soares is relentless in his assault! As Vodkin receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Soares away and this one is in the books!

Yawoka successfully pulls guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Yawoka is on top in guard.
Yawoka cracks Puukko with a solid left hand.
Yawoka stays in close to Puukko's body and controls the position.
Puukko is trying to keep Yawoka in close.
Yawoka drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Yawoka as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Puukko screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Yawoka! Nice submission victory there!
