Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joey Popham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Popham comes to the cage accompanied by remember the name. Silva has chosen Bullet For My Valentine - Your Betrayal as his entrance music. Joey Popham had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Adam Silva will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Vetchnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coleman kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Don't Tread On Me By Metallica. Vetchnikov has chosen Dont Call It A Come Back as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

I think Ramirez might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to War is my destiny. Holmes comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Everybody Knows My Name kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mike Holmes was going to win. Let's see if he was right.
