The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thompson shoots in and drives through. Midway sprawls well. Thompson fails to land the takedown. Midway jabs at Thompson's body. Midway thuds a left hand into Thompson's body. Thompson gets caught napping as Midway dives in and scores a takedown. Thompson manages to retain guard. Midway trying to stand up but can't free himself from Thompson's guard. Thompson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Thompson can do anything to dispel that myth. Thompson looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Thompson avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Thompson trying to keep a closed guard but Midway is proving a slippery customer.

Midway decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Midway fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Thompson avoids it really well and circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Midway leaves Thompson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Brandon Midway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Thompson. Thompson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Midway sprawls well initially but Thompson persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Thompson looks gassed! Midway is trying to stand back up but Thompson is controlling him
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The fighters are battling for position here. Midway manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Thompson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Midway wants to sweep here but Thompson controlling him for the moment. Thompson trying to control the position from guard on top but Midway is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Thompson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Thompson throws a big right hand that misses. Midway controlling Thompson's posture. Thompson tries to free his leg and advance position but Midway is retaining full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Max Thompson was stalling too much, according to the referee. Thompson scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Thompson with the ground and pound but Midway regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Midway is trying to stand.
Thompson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Thompson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That was a close round but I would say that Brandon Midway will probably get the nod. That's time! Midway's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Nice sprawl there from Midway as Thompson shoots in. Midway uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Thompson. Midway fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Brandon Midway is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Thompson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Midway is looking to clinch. Thompson stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Midway. Midway stuffs the takedown attempt from Thompson. Thompson gets slowly back to his feet. Thompson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Midway swats him away and circles back towards the center. The fight stays on the outside here - Midway looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Midway slips a jab and a cross from Thompson.
Thompson is breathing heavily. Midway shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Thompson as he avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thompson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Brandon Midway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Thompson. Thompson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Midway moves away. Thompson tries to clinch but Midway is having none of it. Midway swings for the body but Thompson moves out of range.
Midway shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Midway gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Thompson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Midway but Midway pushes him off and we're back to square one. A jab from Midway does it's job there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Midway wants to get up but he can't break Thompson's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Thompson is trying to control the position but Midway postures up. Thompson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Midway is one step ahead there. Midway decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Thompson, up you get! Midway is looking to clinch but Thompson is avoiding it.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Midway stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Thompson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Midway decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Thompson's guard. Midway is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Midway stands up and waves to Thompson to follow him. Thompson doesn't succeed with the takedown and Midway counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Midway. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Midway trying to control the position from guard on top but Thompson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Midway seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Midway missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Thompson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Thompson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Midway is looking to escape. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Midway stands up from guard. Let's bang! Midway goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Midway throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Midway getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Thompson dives in and scores a takedown into Midway's guard. Thompson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Midway is keeping the position for now. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Midway wants to sweep but no luck. Thompson wants to control from the top but Midway keeps moving. Thompson postures up.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Max Thompson. Midway looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Thompson is fending him off so far but Midway persists. Nope, Thompson circles away and we're back to standing. Thompson closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Midway's guard. Midway working a defensive guard here.
Thompson wants to control from the top but Midway keeps moving. Midway keeping full guard, as Thompson tries to pass.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Thompson throws a strike but Midway rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Thompson keeping moving, preventing Midway from controlling successfully. Midway drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Midway jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Midway postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Midway stands up from guard. Let's bang! Thompson moves into range and clinches up with Midway.
And that's the end of the fight! Max Thompson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Midway has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Days misses with a wild body shot. Ble throws a body kick that misses. Ble connects with a leg kick. Days looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Some Days seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Days misses with the combination.
Ble throws the kick towards the body but Days avoids it. Days missing with a left hand there. Ble was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Days checks the leg kick. Ble throws a leg kick but Days sees it coming and moves out of range. Ble looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Days lands a left and a right that send Ble crashing to the mat, dazed. Days thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Fa Ble has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ble pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Ble seems to have recovered his senses. Days tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ble was well out of range. Poor timing from Days.
That's one minute gone in the round. Days throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ble. Ble misses with a body kick. Ble lands a head kick. Days smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Days looks to land a combination but Ble avoids it well. Days connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Ble misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nice cross by Days.
That has opened up Fa Ble's cut even more. Days keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Days drops Ble with a straight right hand, right on the button! Days follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tunjic avoids the head kick by Dew.
Dew lets loose with a powerful body kick. Tunjic will feel that in the morning. Dew throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Tunjic. Dew clinches up with Tunjic and pushes him back against the ropes. Dew tries to score a body lock takedown but Tunjic shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Tunjic lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Dew has hold of Tunjic's hands but Tunjic slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Dew looking for submissions off his back. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tunjic looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Dew really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Tunjic working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Dew has hold of Tunjic's hands but Tunjic slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Tunjic lands a nice short elbow. Dew is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Tunjic is tapping! Great win for Dew!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McBacon lands with a hook. Maurer tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Maurer instigates a clinch. McBacon breaks from the clinch.
Maurer uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McBacon. Maurer gets in close and instigates a clinch. McBacon lands a left hand that snaps the head of Maurer backwards. McBacon lands a nice uppercut. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. McBacon gets through Maurer's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. McBacon misses with a shot to the kidneys.

McBacon postures up in Maurer's guard and throws a big left but Maurer blocks it. Maurer avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. McBacon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Maurer throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. McBacon trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Maurer striking off his back but it's not causing McBacon any problems. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Maurer keeping moving, preventing McBacon from controlling successfully. McBacon preventing the sweep. Maurer throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

That was a close second round but I would say that Simon McBacon will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

McBacon lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. McBacon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Maurer. Simon McBacon is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. McBacon is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Maurer blocks a head kick by McBacon.
Maurer misses with a wild body shot. McBacon sizes up Maurer with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Randy Maurer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. McBacon stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Horrible takedown by Maurer or perhaps it was just good defense by McBacon which made him look bad. Nice shot lands for McBacon. Maurer forces McBacon back against the ropes and clinches. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! McBacon taking a break, stalling in the clinch.

Maurer jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as McBacon walks away with a smile on his face. Maurer gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Randy Maurer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! McBacon is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. McBacon avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
And that's the end of the fight! Simon McBacon showed his dominance in that final round. Well McBacon has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rava does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Rava moves into the clinch. Rava connects with a nasty looking knee right to Pus's face.
It looks like Octo Pus has been cut. Rava scores with a hook to the body. Pus drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Rava gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Pus is rocked! Rava slowing the pace effectively. Rava gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Pus is still on wobbly legs! Can Rava finish him? Rava lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Pus backwards. Pus tries for a takedown but Rava manages to get underhooks.

Pus lies dazed against the ropes as Rava celebrates with his cornermen!

Clubman paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Clubman lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Clubman. Clubman fails to land with a series of punches.
Dragunov takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Dragunov is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Clubman lands a brutal uppercut that launches Dragunov off his feet! Dragunov tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

Benton escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Killer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Killer postures up.

Benton has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Killer should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Benton has tightened it up now! Killer should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
