The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Slob circles away from the clinch attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Slob is defended easily by Hugg. Slob with a poor takedown and Hugg moves into the clinch. Slob taking a breather. Slob tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hugg just stands there and leans against the ropes. Bigg Hugg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Biggie Slob. A left hand lands to the body for Hugg.
Slob looks gassed! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hugg lands a nice knee to the body. Hugg connects with a knee to the head.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guns looks for a takedown but Zangief sprawls well. Guns doesn't succeed with the takedown and Zangief counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Guns thinking. Guns drives through and clinches with Zangief against the ropes.
Zangief lands with a light punch inside. Guns has Zangief pressed against the ropes.
Zangief breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Guns clinches up against the ropes. Guns could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Guns is looking to break free of the clinch but Zangief has double underhooks. Zangief can't find room to land a body shot as Guns controls the action.
Guns takes a knee right on the jaw!
It looks like Johny Guns has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Zangief gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Guns regains guard.
Zangief stands up over Guns, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Zangief trying to control but Guns is working from the bottom. Zangief with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zangief wants to control from the top but Guns keeps moving. Zangief pushing down on Guns's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Zangief is nestled in close to Guns, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Zangief lands with a punch from half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Zangief lands a nice short elbow. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ground and pound from Zangief. Zangief uses his free foot to push down on Guns's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Guns. Zangief postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Guns badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Zangief around the waist but Zangief pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Zangief is the winner by TKO! Zangief jumps onto the ropes and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gotch feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Gotch throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Goldberg works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Goldberg will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Gotch content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Moura fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Iballa has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Heisenberg gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Eberhart.

Andrew Eberhart has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Heisenberg thumps Eberhart with a low kick. A slow jab from Eberhart misses its intended target. Eberhart fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Heisenberg manages to avoid it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Eberhart with a poor takedown and Heisenberg counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Eberhart thinking. Heisenberg stuns Eberhart with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Eberhart dodges the punch combination from Heisenberg.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Eberhart throws a hook but Heisenberg blocks it. Good standup being displayed there by Heisenberg as he connects with a hook.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Midget finds it's way through Walters's defenses. Walters misses with a body shot.
Midget throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. A head kick misses from Walters. Walters throws a right hand that Midget ducks under and follows up with a left that Midget also avoids with ease. Midget gets a clinch. Walters has Midget pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Midget manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Midget lands with a right to the head. Walters is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Midget is defending well for now. Walters throws a knee to the head but misses.

Masaru Midget has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Buck Walters. Walters is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes. Midget pushes Walters back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head. Midget's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Walters feints a jab promting Midget to slip. Walters then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Midget slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Walters's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Midget connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Walters scrambles back to his feet. Midget closes the distance and clinches. Midget prevents a body shot from Walters. Walters has Midget pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Midget manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Walters's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Midget is trying to maintain a safe position but Walters gets an underhook and turns Midget into the ropes. Midget lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Walters swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Walters is rocked! A short right from Midget on the inside. Walters is still on wobbly legs! Can Midget finish him? Midget effectively controlling the action here.

Midget throws a big uppercut that drops Walters! More strikes from Midget and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Walters lies dazed against the ropes as Midget celebrates with his cornermen!
