The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gayce throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Seinfeld's waist but Seinfeld gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gayce off to one side. A left and a right from Seinfeld both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Rice Gayce has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Seinfeld has managed to clinch.

and Johnson counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Johnson. Davis tries to pull guard but Johnson won't allow it.

Davis tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gazza works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Gazza clobbers Baine with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Baine. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Baine with a poor takedown and Gazza counters with a nice double leg into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Gazza throwing strikes from guard but Baine blocks nicely. Gazza throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Baine works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Baine looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Gazza puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Baine taking some punishment here, with Gazza in his half guard. Gazza knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Baine on the ground. Baine desperately trying to maintain half guard. Baine wants to improve his position but Gazza is controlling well.

That's one minute gone in the round. Gazza is pressing down on Baine's thigh, looking to free his foot. Baine is holding on for now. Gazza not landing any meaningful shots this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Baine is trying to get back to full guard. Gazza missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Baine is looking for a sweep. Gazza is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Gazza is nestled in close to Baine, controlling him well. Gazza is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Baine reverses the position - he's now on top in Gazza's guard. Baine trying to control but Gazza is working from the bottom. Gazza is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Baine is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Baine escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gazza gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Gazza scoring with some ground and pound. Gazza working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Baine's head. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Gazza trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gazza is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Gazza stands up over Baine, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Baine is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Gazza pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Baine is keeping the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gazza accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Gazza has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Gazza content to stall in guard here. Baine utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Baine wants to hit a switch here but Gazza passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Baine there! Gazza lands with some strikes. Gazza has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Baine's face.
The referee warns Baine that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action! Gazza pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Baine is in a horrible position here. Gazza smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Baine is rocked! Baine looks gassed!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gazza softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Baine is out cold! Gazza jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boss tries to clinch up but Voss circles away and keeps his distance. Voss avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Boss moves in looking to clinch but Voss pushes him off. Voss uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Boss.
Voss swats away the attempt to clinch by Boss. Voss shoots in looking for a takedown. Boss tries to sprawl out of it but Voss keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Boss manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Voss shoots in for a takedown but Boss shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Boss fails with an attempt to clinch.
Voss lands with a big left! Boss is wobbled badly! Voss comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Boss to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lockdown shoots in for a takedown but Curran shows good takedown defense. Lockdown bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Lockdown is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Curran is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Lockdown is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Curran has escaped the position, nice work there. Lockdown goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Curran rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Lockdown's guard! Nice work there by Curran! Curran is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Lockdown has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Curran is looking to defend but Lockdown has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Curran! Lockdown pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Curran taps out and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crews throws a big shot that misses. Crews misses with a body shot

Paredes displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Creed. Paredes takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Paredes leaves Creed with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jake Creed. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horseflesh rushes Taylor and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Horseflesh lands a takedown into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Horseflesh looking to pass the guard. Taylor isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle.
