The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takeda shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Robinson but Robinson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A shot to the liver by Robinson. Beautiful body shot.
Takeda throws a nice looking combination but Robinson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Takeda avoids a punch combination nicely.

Takeda changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Robinson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bob will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bob stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bob wants it to stay on the feet.

Benevides throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bob was covering up waiting for the punch and Benevides finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Bob is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Benevides defends well.

Bob working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Benevides doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Benevides manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Benevides avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Benevides slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Benevides is working Bob over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Bob working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Benevides doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Benevides manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa shoots for a takedown but Wrzeszczycki saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Wrzeszczycki misses the shot to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Wrzeszczycki, as that shot connected.
Wrzeszczycki throws a hook to the side of Barbosa's head but Barbosa sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Barbosa misses with a series of wild punches.

Thunder is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Thunder is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kanne is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Thunder bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kanne's guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The fighters are battling for position here. Thunder manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Dick blocks a jab.

and Dick counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jones's guard now.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jones is on top in guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jordan Dick will probably get the nod.

With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Filipe Emiliano!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emiliano throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like Nikolay Baskov has been cut.

Emiliano fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Baskov sprawls well initially but Emiliano persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Emiliano tries to stand and escape but Baskov is controlling the position.
Baskov is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Emiliano's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Emiliano's back!

Baskov working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
Emiliano wants to control his opponent's hands but Baskov gets his hands free.
Emiliano tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Emiliano wants to try and get back to his feet.
Baskov scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Emiliano wants to hold on but Baskov pushes him away.

Baskov is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Nice sprawl there from Baskov as Emiliano shoots in.

Baskov motions for Emiliano to come forward. Baskov throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Emiliano throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Emiliano fails with a takedown attempt.
A nice inside leg kick there by Baskov. That's going to slow Emiliano down.
Emiliano looks gassed!
Baskov cracks Emiliano with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Baskov gets a double leg takedown into Emiliano's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Baskov wants to pass the guard but Emiliano is keeping the position.

Emiliano looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Baskov stands up and waves to Emiliano to follow him.
Baskov throws a head kick but Emiliano moves out of range.
Emiliano circles away from the clinch attempt.

Baskov throws a shot to the body.
Baskov moves out of range of the strikes.
Emiliano uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Baskov.
Emiliano shoots in but no luck this time.
Nikolay Baskov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Filipe Emiliano.
A telegraphed right hand from Baskov misses the target.
Emiliano throws a jab but it's blocked by Baskov.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Baskov misses with a jab, cross combination.
Emiliano moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Baskov thows a left - swing and a miss!
Baskov steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Emiliano.
Emiliano misses with a takedown attempt - Baskov sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Emiliano shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Filipe Emiliano will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Nikolay Baskov's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Emiliano moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Emiliano tries to clinch but fails miserably
letting Baskov counter with a right hand.
Emiliano gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Baskov gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tarzan Taborda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Legendary Tonying (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taborda kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is New Noise by Refused. Tonying has chosen NAS - Hate Me Now as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Taborda swats away the attempt to clinch by Tonying .
Taborda changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Tonying throws a series of punches but Taborda avoids them all with ease.
Tonying wants to clinch but Taborda slips to the side
enabling Taborda to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like The Legendary Tonying has been cut.
Taborda throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tonying sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Taborda getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Taborda throws a series of punches but Tonying moves out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Tonying looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tonying moves to clinch but Taborda breaks away
and Taborda counters with a nice uppercut.

Taborda dodges the punch combination from Tonying .
It's a brutal combination of punches from Taborda! Tonying is backing up but he can't get away as Taborda lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Tonying and ends the fight. Great knockout.

Tarzan Taborda really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Fossington & Blythe: Gentlemen's Fight Attire logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
