Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Dredd! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, I Hope I Win! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! I Win shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dredd's guard. Dredd had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. I Win defends it easily. I Win is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. I Win throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Dredd working a defensive guard here.
I Win gets to his feet. Dredd looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Dredd doesn't manage to clinch there - I Win circles away.
Dredd looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? I Win is fending him off so far but Dredd persists. Nope, I Win circles away and we're back to standing.
That's one minute gone in the round. I Win shoots for a double leg takedown but Dredd sprawls well. He's pushed I Win's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Dredd drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dredd connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused I Win some visible discomfort.
I Win is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Dredd's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. I Win moves into full guard.
Dredd lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Dredd has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. I Win scrambles and gets back to his feet.
I Win tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dredd paws at him with a jab and circles away. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! I Win keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Dredd clinches with his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. I Win slowing the pace effectively. I Win escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from I Win is defended easily by Dredd. I Win shoots in looking for a takedown. Dredd tries to sprawl out of it but I Win keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dredd manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Tony Dredd has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of I Hope I Win. Dredd tries for a takedown but I Win sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Dredd rushes I Win and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Dredd tries to pull guard but I Win won't allow it.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dredd wants to pass the guard but I Win is keeping the position. Dredd avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
I Win has momentary wrist control but Dredd slips an elbow through the middle. Dredd knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for I Win on the ground. Dredd prevents I Win from getting back to his feet. Dredd wants to control from the top but I Win keeps moving. Dredd throwing strikes from guard but I Win blocks nicely. I Win is looking for a triangle but Dredd pushes his legs off easily.
I Win looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dredd trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. I Win wants to get back to his feet but Dredd is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Dredd makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. I Win keeping moving, preventing Dredd from controlling successfully. Dredd stopping the sweep attempt from I Win. Dredd is looking to advance position but I Win has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. I Win lands a big elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but I Hope I Win will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
I Win throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dredd counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in I Win's guard now. I Win controlling the position. I Win is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. I Win utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Dredd distracts I Win with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. I Win tries to land a sweep but no joy. I Win is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Dredd is controlling him. Dredd throws a strike but I Win rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. I Win postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. I Win stands up from Dredd's guard - I Win perhaps looking for a knockout. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dredd is defended easily by I Win. Dredd tries to score a power double leg takedown but I Win sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dredd somewhat. I Win gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. I Win breaks the clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Dredd as I Win shoots in. Dredd shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as I Win sprawls well. I Win wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dredd gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tony Dredd. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dredd gets a clinch. Dredd is trying to break the clinch but I Win is controlling him. Dredd is trying to drag I Win to the mat but I Win just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Dredd tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. I Win just stands there and leans against the cage. I Win struggles to land a body shot inside as Dredd controls his hands.
I Win will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Dredd up against the cage. Dredd swings away with an uppercut that misses.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dredd has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. I Win avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Dredd has I Win pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. I Win manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. I Win tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
I Win's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Tony Dredd is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dredd is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Dredd fails to land the takedown. I Win fails with a takedown attempt. Dredd circles away from the clinch attempt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dredd looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Dredd dives in and grabs I Win's left leg, looking for a takedown. I Win pushes down on Dredd's head and hops out. Tony Dredd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dredd shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. I Win drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. I Win stands up and waves to Dredd to follow him. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. I Win tries to clinch but Dredd is having none of it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. I Win shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. I Win is working for a guillotine from mount but Dredd frees his head quite easily.

I Hope I Win showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! I Win looking to control the position here, rather than advance. I Win sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dredd's guard. I Win frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Dredd is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. I Win working for a submission but Dredd is keeping him at bay. I Win trying to control but Dredd is having none of it. And that's the end of the fight! I Hope I Win comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well I Win has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stott fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Left hook, right uppercut from Stott. Stott throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Koby Stott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stott moves in looking to clinch but Daddy pushes him off. Daddy avoids the head kick by Stott.
Stott gets caught napping as Daddy dives in and scores a takedown. Stott manages to retain guard. Daddy wants to pass the guard but Stott is keeping the position. Daddy controlling from the top position. Stott controls Daddy momentarily but Daddy frees himself. Stott utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. This has been an exciting period of action! Stott wants to get back to his feet but Daddy passes into half guard.
Stott really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Daddy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Stott looks gassed! Stott wants to improve his position but Daddy is controlling well.

Daddy slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Daddy slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Daddy looks up at the clock and then as Stott takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Daddy smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

McGhee is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Green. McGhee shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. McGhee fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Green avoids it really well and circles away. Green scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. McGhee shoots in but no luck this time. Green lands a really nice looking cross but McGhee seems unphased.
McGhee shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Green as he jumps to the side. Green shoots in for a takedown but McGhee shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Ste McGhee is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. McGhee closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Maxwell Green has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Green wants to get back to his feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tidds has managed to clinch.
Porter keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tidds's efforts to push away. Porter pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Tidds tries to score a power double leg takedown but Porter sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tidds somewhat. Porter gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Tidds content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Porter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Tidds tries to free his leg and advance position but Porter is retaining full guard. Tidds wants to get up but he can't break Porter's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Tidds trying to control the position from guard on top but Porter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tidds is stalling in the full guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Leroy Tidds hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Porter ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tidds moves away. Tidds drives through and clinches with Porter against the cage.

It looks like Antonio Porter has been cut. Tidds drops Porter with a beautiful combination! Porter stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Tidds is looking for the KO!
Porter is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A solid body kick from Tidds. Oh Porter is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Porter is breathing heavily. Porter showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tidds.

Porter seems to have got his legs back now. Porter comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Porter fails with the takedown and Tidds counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Deloz scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Deloz looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Deloz wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Darkbrew, who protects the arm well. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Deloz taking a breather here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Darkbrew can't do much from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Darkbrew is not content to let Deloz control the position. Deloz looks up at the clock and then as Darkbrew takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Deloz smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Darkbrew tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Deloz wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Deloz scoring with punches and elbows. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Deloz wants to lay and pray for a moment but Darkbrew keeps working. Darkbrew on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Darkbrew tries to get out of the position. Deloz grinds an elbow into Darkbrew's temple.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Deloz trying to control the position but Darkbrew is working away. Darkbrew can't do much from the bottom here. Darkbrew knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Deloz on the ground. Deloz stands up. Deloz moves into the clinch.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rua dives in and grabs Jefferson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jefferson pushes down on Rua's head and hops out. Jefferson throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Rua crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jefferson - the referee stops the clock and Rua gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jefferson. Rua manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Jefferson throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Some bone on bone action there as Rua checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Jefferson throws a low kick but Rua avoids it. Rua will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Jefferson throws a low kick but Rua moves out of range easily. Jefferson throws a leg kick but Rua sees it coming and moves out of range. A decent looking body kick lands there for Jefferson. Jefferson is looking to score with low kicks. Jefferson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rua throws out the jab.

Jefferson is rocked! Rua looks up at the clock and then as Jefferson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Rua smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Jefferson is still in real trouble! Can Rua finish him? Jefferson takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Rua lands a strong strike to the head of Jefferson. That's dazed him! Rua looking to finish here. Jefferson is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Rua lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick by Lin misses and Chen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Lin throws a nice inside leg kick. Chen moves out of range as Lin throws a body kick.
Lin thumps Chen with a low kick. Chen misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lin.
Chen takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Chen misses the shot to the body. Lin lands with a kick to the ribs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Chen takes a kick to the side of the head. Lin throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
That's one minute gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Chen. Lin does a little dance to reset his feet. A jab from Chen finds it's way through Lin's defenses. Lin lands a head kick. Chen smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Lin throws a leg kick but Chen sees it coming and moves out of range. A shot to the body from Lin misses and Chen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Chen ducks right into an uppercut from Lin.
Chen is rocked! Lin throws a head kick that misses. Oh Chen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Lin swinging wildly here.
Lin throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Chen crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
