1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vasily Baryshavik! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Shimada.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baryshavik looks to throw the jab but Oakley is out of range. Dennis Oakley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Baryshavik shoots in for a double leg but Oakley sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Baryshavik tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Oakley counters with a body kick that stops Baryshavik in his tracks momentarily. Baryshavik looks gassed! The crowd cheers as Oakley lands an impressive looking overhand right. Baryshavik doesn't seem phased though.
 It looks like Vasily Baryshavik has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Oakley connects with an inside leg kick. Oakley scores with a leg kick.

Oakley rushes Baryshavik and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Oakley lands an elbow just above Baryshavik 's eye. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Oakley obliges. Oakley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Oakley lands a big head kick that sends Baryshavik tumbling to the mat! Oakley takes a step backwards and waves Baryshavik back to his feet - he wants the finish!
 That has opened up Vasily Baryshavik's cut even more. Oakley turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Oakley feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Baryshavik sprawling to the canvas! Baryshavik rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Oakley finish him?!
 Baryshavik is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Oakley lands with a thumping leg kick.
Baryshavik is still on wobbly legs! Can Oakley finish him? Oakley throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Oakley seems to be stalking Baryshavik here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Baryshavik drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Zach Slater! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Decent striking displayed by Slater there. Slater scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Slater swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Slater tries to close the distance and clinch up but Schrank swats him away and circles back towards the center. Schrank will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Schrank wants to clinch.
Slater scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Slater is thwarting Schrank's attempts to control the position. Slater sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Schrank defending well though. Slater winds up and cracks Schrank with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Slater is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Slater throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Slater is trying to control the action in half guard but Schrank is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Slater thows a huge punch but Schrank dodges it nicely.
Slater throwing shots but Schrank is blocking nicely. Slater trying to pass the guard but Schrank defending well. Slater is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Schrank! A nice elbow there by Slater. Schrank tries to lock up and control but Slater gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Slater content just to control the position here.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Schrank tries to hold on but Slater postures up. Schrank reaches up to try and control the position but Slater seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Schrank rolls and tries to escape and now Slater has his back!
Schrank grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Slater has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Schrank rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Slater drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Schrank manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Slater has Schrank in his guard. Schrank trying to control the position from guard on top but Slater is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Schrank has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
 That's six minutes gone in the round. Slater bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Schrank's guard. Schrank not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Slater lands a couple of elbows. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Schrank looking to hit a scissor sweep but Slater is one step ahead there. Schrank is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
 That's seven minutes gone in the round. Schrank utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Slater throwing strikes but missing. Slater thows a big elbow that misses. Slater controlling from the top position. Schrank is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Schrank is striking from the bottom but Slater uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.

Slater throws a big right hand that misses. Slater throwing strikes but missing. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Schrank keeping moving, preventing Slater from controlling successfully. Slater with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Slater in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Frank Schrank is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Slater throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Slater lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Schrank circles away quickly and effectively. Slater tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Schrank paws at him with a jab and circles away. Slater looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Schrank moves in looking to clinch but Slater pushes him off. Slater throws a body punch but Schrank moves out of range.

Schrank closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Slater tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Schrank jumps guard but Slater stands there with Schrank around his waist. Schrank gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

and Slater counters with a nice body shot. Schrank takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Slater throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Schrank. Slater misses with a series of wild punches.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Slater trying to control but Schrank is having none of it.
And that's the end of the fight! Zach Slater comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Slater has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Parker staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Parker doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

 That's eight minutes gone in the round. Soseki tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Basilicus was well out of range. Poor timing from Soseki. Basilicus looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Basilicus walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Soseki checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Basilicus looks to land a body kick but Soseki moved away. Basilicus tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Soseki is able to avoid easily. Basilicus misses with a low kick. Soseki avoids a kick to the body.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A slow jab from Soseki misses its intended target. Some bone on bone action there as Soseki checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Soseki swings for the body but Basilicus moves out of range.
Basilicus lands a leg kick that knocks Soseki off balance momentarily. Soseki ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Basilicus moves away. Soseki moves out of range as Basilicus throws a body kick.
Soseki moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Soseki swings for the body but Basilicus moves out of range.

And that's the end of the fight! Kosuke Soseki comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Soseki has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Van Chan! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Sosuke Kotani and Ren Mimura.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Rockwell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rockwell blocks a head kick by Chan.
A left and a right from Rockwell both land. Nice combination. Rockwell misses with a two punch combination.
Chan gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Rockwell. Rockwell is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Chan. Rockwell throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Chan fails to land the takedown. Rockwell misses with a jab, cross combination.

and Chan counters with a single leg into guard. Rockwell didn't expect that. This has been an exciting period of action! The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Chan sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rockwell's guard. Chan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rockwell with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Chan wants to control but Rockwell is keeping him busy.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Ground and pound from Chan. Rockwell wants to get back to his feet.
Chan has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Rockwell defend it? Chan steps over the head and cranks it - Rockwell is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Chan!

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kampay Opay! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carp closes this distance looking for a takedown but Opay circles away.
Carp gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Opay forces his way into half guard. Carp makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Carp. Carp avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Opay working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Carp's head. Opay passes Carp's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Opay is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Carp sees it coming and defends easily. Opay tries to pass to full mount but Carp defends it. Carp wants to get back to full guard. Opay uses his free foot to push down on Carp's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Carp. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Opay cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Carp is looking to improve his position but Opay isn't that keen on the idea. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Carp takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Carp is working to get back to half guard.
Opay with good strikes from the mount here!
 Carp is rocked! Carp tries to reverse the position but Opay maintains control. Oh Carp is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Carp seems to have got his legs back now. Opay lands with some strikes.
Opay is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Carp can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Opay with the ground and pound from mount.
Opay is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Carp to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Carp shrugs it off. Opay softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Carp is out cold! Opay jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
