12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bouncy Boink! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Og Kush! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Igor Prikhodko.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boink scores with the left hand. Kush knows he should have avoided that one. Boink lands a head shot. Kush throws a shot from downtown. Boink moves away and avoids it. Kush on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Kush looks to throw the jab but Boink is out of range. Kush throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Kush misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Boink.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kush missing with a left hand there. Boink was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Kush throws a jab when Boink was well out of range. Boink uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kush. Boink swats away the attempt to clinch by Kush. Kush rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kush is countered with a crisp right hand from Boink that sends him to the canvas! Boink follows him to the mat into side control.
Boink decides to stand back up. Boink steps back and let's Kush get back to his feet.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Kush misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Boink.
Boink closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Kush out cold! Kush corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.

15 - 12 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Teddy Hartman! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hartman tries a head kick but it misses.
Hartman throws a right and a left that both miss. Lowal takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Lowal throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hartman on the side of the head. Hartman falls off balance throwing a combination
and Lowal counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Hartman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hartman falls off balance throwing a combination
and Lowal counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Lowal waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hartman. Lowal misses with a wild body shot. Lowal fails with the takedown. Hartman scores with a one two! Lowal had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Lowal stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Lowal jabs Hartman right on the nose. Hartman blinks but takes it well.  Hartman is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Lowal slips a nice elbow through Hartman's hands, connecting with Hartman's forehead. Hartman slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Lowal wants to control from the top but Hartman keeps moving. Lowal might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lowal slips nicely into half guard. Lowal scoring with strikes to the body and head.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Hartman keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Lowal passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hartman! The referee warns Hartman that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lowal seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Hartman is holding on tight.
Lowal swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Hartman is now in Lowal's guard. A big mistake from Lowal there, giving up the dominant position! Lowal looking for a sweep. Not yet Lowal, not yet. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Anier changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Qaddam looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Qaddam is trying to control Anier's posture but Anier avoids it.
Anier stands up and we're back to a striking position. Anier doesn't manage to clinch there - Qaddam circles away.

He shot from a bit too far out. Aacharappan Qaddam seems to be getting the better of the standup. Qaddam keeps the fight on the outside. Qaddam throws a head kick that misses. Petter Anier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Anier defending well as Qaddam loads up on a big left hand.

So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Qaddam trying to control the hands but Anier breaks the grip. Qaddam is trying to get back to his feet but Anier has full control of the position and if anything, Qaddam has just worked his way into a worse spot. A bit of a pause in the action here. Anier controlling the positon.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Anier pulls Qaddam in close to his closed guard and prevents Qaddam from doing any damage or advancing position.
 We're going to have a standup here because Petter Anier wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Qaddam throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Anier counters with a nice double leg into guard. Qaddam takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Anier advances to half guard. Anier controlling the action here. Anier has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Qaddam is pressing down on Anier's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Qaddam can't keep his opponent in guard - Anier advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Anier passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Qaddam! Anier controlling the position easily from mount. Aacharappan Qaddam has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Qaddam is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Qaddam is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Anier is staying active. Anier controlling the position easily from mount. Petter Anier is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Qaddam wants to control but Anier is having none of it.
And that's the end of the fight! Petter Anier showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Anier, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Noel James. Well Shankara has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Canseco lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Canseco takes a shot right to the bread basket. Canseco stuffs the takedown.
Canseco decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nimirov misses with an uppercut. Reed saw that one coming. Nimirov avoids the body shot from Reed.

 It looks like Lazar Nimirov has been cut. Reed cracks the inside of Nimirov's front leg. Reed throws a body punch but Nimirov moves out of range. Reed misses with a body shot.
Nimirov jabbing away but nothing is landing. Reed ducks right into an uppercut from Nimirov. Reed lands a nice leg kick that just misses Nimirov's sensitive parts. Reed lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Reed throws a half hearted mid kick. Reed tries to bum rush Nimirov with a series of wild strikes but Nimirov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Nimirov throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Reed scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Reed jabs Nimirov to the body, keeping him at a distance. Nimirov takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Reed tests Nimirov's chin there with a solid looking shot. Reed is looking to slow Nimirov down with leg kicks. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Reed stuns Nimirov with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Reed throws a head kick but Nimirov moves out of range.

 Nimirov is rocked! Nimirov on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Oh Nimirov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nimirov walks forward, straight into a front kick from Reed. Reed and Nimirov are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Reed throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Nimirov into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Reed knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
