0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rafael Van Der Hoef! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Molik is defended easily by Van Der Hoef.
Van Der Hoef rushes Molik and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. A short left from Van Der Hoef.
Van Der Hoef breaks from the clinch.
Van Der Hoef takes the fight into the clinch. Molik jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Van Der Hoef walks away with a smile on his face. Molik gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Van Der Hoef misses with a wild combination.
Nice shot by Van Der Hoef. Molik takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Molik fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Van Der Hoef avoids it really well and circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pawel Molik. That's going to take a lot out of him. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Van Der Hoef falls off balance throwing a combination
and Molik counters with a series of strikes. Van Der Hoef will be more careful next time no doubt. Van Der Hoef connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Molik momentarily.

Good standup being displayed there by Van Der Hoef as he connects with a hook. Van Der Hoef keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Van Der Hoef scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Molik is trying hard to land a takedown here. Van Der Hoef sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Molik tries to score a power double leg takedown but Van Der Hoef sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Molik somewhat.

Van Der Hoef throws a series of punches but Molik avoids them all with ease.

Van Der Hoef dips to his left and cracks Molik with an uppercut! Van Der Hoef lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Forelli shoots in but no luck this time. Forelli misses with a takedown
and Schofield counters with a nice double leg into guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Schofield passes Forelli's left leg - he's now in half guard. Forelli might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Schofield tries to pass to full mount but Forelli defends it.
Schofield is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Forelli sees it coming and defends easily. Schofield frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Schofield seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Forelli is holding on tight.

Forelli tries to free his leg and advance position but Schofield is retaining full guard. Schofield lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Forelli! Forelli is trying desperately to improve position.

Schofield gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Forelli displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Schofield.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Weiss tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cordobes swivels and escapes. That kick from Cordobes tenderised Weiss's leg. Weiss is trying to keep his angry face on. Cordobes throws a right and a left that both miss. A punch combination from Weiss misses.

He's obviously looking to slow Weiss down. Erik Weiss has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Weiss shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cordobes pinned against the cage. Cordobes gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Cordobes moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Justino Cordobes is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Weiss chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Cordobes can pounce on him.

Evraerts gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Sarutobi takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Evraerts fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Hiruzen Sarutobi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Evraerts throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sarutobi will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Starr rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Beastly moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Starr's corner calls for a 1-2. Starr obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Beastly shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Starr manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gleiser misses with a few strikes there.
