The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Boomstick tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Carter swivels and escapes.
Carter throws a series of strikes that have Boomstick backpedaling.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Boomstick is defended easily by Carter.
Boomstick takes a shot right to the bread basket.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The fighters circle momentarily. Carter darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Boomstick takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Carter lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Boomstick head around and knocks him out cold! Carter hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

Action shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Warm but Warm pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Action.
Action doesn't manage to clinch there - Warm circles away.
Warm throws a right and a left that both miss.

Action moves into the clinch successfully.
Warm is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Warm throws an elbow but it misses.
Action pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Warm lands a damaging elbow.
Warm pushes off an throws an elbow but Action leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Action unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Action scores a nice knee to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Action has Warm pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Action pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Warm tumbling to the mat - Action dives into Warm's guard.
