The fight stays on the outside here - Hasell looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Riley fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hasell to the ground. Riley is now in Hasell's guard.

Riley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Brown feints and as Danzig raises his hands in defense, Brown changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Danzig is looking to stand back up but Brown counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Danzig.
Brown thows a huge punch but Danzig dodges it nicely.
Brown tries to pass the half guard into mount. Danzig knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Danzig is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Brown defends well.

Danzig has hold of Brown's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Brown manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Danzig goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Brown is on top in guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Danzig holds on and takes a little breather.

Couture throws a series of punches but Jenson avoids them all with ease.
Andy Couture seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jenson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Couture sprawls well. Couture wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jenson gets slowly back to his feet.
Jenson walks into a stiff left hand from Couture.
Couture rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jenson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Jenson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Couture. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Jenson is pushing down on Couture's leg trying to pass to half guard. Couture is fighting to maintain full guard but Jenson has managed to sneak the leg through.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Winterbush crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Pac - the referee stops the clock and Winterbush gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Pac. Winterbush manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Pac lands with a hook. Winterbush tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Pac drops Winterbush with a beautiful combination! Winterbush stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Pac is looking for the KO!

Pac feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Winterbush sprawling to the canvas! Winterbush rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Pac finish him?!

It looks like Puffy Winterbush has been cut.
Pac fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Winterbush.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
