The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tremolo on the wrong end of a nice hook. Tremolo doesn't manage to clinch there - Sakazaki circles away.

Tremolo tries to clinch but Sakazaki moves away and Sakazaki counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. A head kick from Sakazaki lands but Tremolo takes it in his stride. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Sakazaki lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tremolo has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tremolo and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Tremolo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sakazaki sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Ryo Sakazaki seems to be getting the better of the standup. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tremolo darts in trying to clinch and Sakazaki finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Gualtier walks forward, straight into a front kick from Crawley. Gualtier is breathing heavily. Crawley is looking to land body kicks. Crawley scores with a hook to the body. Gualtier takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Crawley throws a leg kick which misses Gualtier's front leg but catches the back leg as Gualtier tries to avoid it. Gualtier takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

A head kick misses from Crawley. Crawley shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Gualtier eats them both and turns towards Crawley to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Gualtier's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Crawley connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gualtier scrambles back to his feet. Crawley throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Gualtier. Crawley throws a half hearted mid kick. Crawley works over Gualtier's head and body with a nice combination. The fighters circle, before Crawley throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Gualtier's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Crawley lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lang misses with a series of wild punches.
Lang tries to clinch up but Turner circles away and keeps his distance. Turner misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Turner feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Turner won't allow Lang to get back to his feet. Turner makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Lang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Turner on the ground. Turner throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lang works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Turner won't allow Lang to sweep him here. Turner trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Turner accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Turner throwing strikes but missing. Turner trying to control but Lang is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Turner with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. This has been an exciting period of action! Lang is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Turner wants to pass the guard but Lang is keeping the position. Turner should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Turner thows a big elbow that misses. Turner trying to control the position from guard on top but Lang is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Turner is pushing down on Lang's leg trying to pass to half guard. Lang is fighting to maintain full guard but Turner has managed to sneak the leg through. Turner trying to mount his opponent but Lang defends it. Turner missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Turner drops an elbow to the side of Lang's head. Lang is refusing to be controlled, as Turner sits in half guard. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Turner has eaten all the pies!

He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Beastman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Howard moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Howard tries to clinch but Beastman moves out of range. Howard is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Beastman avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Beastman works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Howard is trying to control the position but Beastman postures up. Beastman lands a couple of elbows. Howard escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Beastman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Beastman postures up and lands a big shot to Howard's brow. Beastman has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Howard looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bogard lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
A head kick from Bogard lands but Lips takes it in his stride. Lips rushes Bogard and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bogard on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Lips changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bogard fights it off and pushes away nicely.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lips drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Bogard gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Bogard displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lips throws out the jab. Bogard lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bogard. Bogard has left one of his arms exposed and Lips doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Bogard screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Creed throws the left hand but Rogers avoids the punch easily. Rogers tries to clinch but Creed is having none of it. Creed throws a hook but Rogers blocks it. Rogers throws a nice looking combination but Creed bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Creed avoids the body shot from Rogers.
Rogers scores with a decent looking hook. Creed rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rogers moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Creed bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Rogers's head backwards. Rogers ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Creed moves away. Creed misses with an uppercut. Creed swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Rogers swinging wildly here.
