The bell rings for round one and we are underway! O Neil looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Dover throws a body punch but O Neil moves out of range. Dover wants to clinch but O Neil slips to the side and O Neil counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. O Neil slips under a jab. O Neil misses with a kick to the body.
Dover attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Dover takes a body punch but keeps moving. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. O Neil ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Dover throws a sloppy head kick and O Neil counters with a three punch combo that has Dover backing up. Dover nods at O Neil to acknowledge the strikes. O Neil smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Ben Dover has been cut. O Neil throws a nice inside leg kick. Dover is breathing heavily. O Neil changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Nice body kick from O Neil. O Neil lands a head shot. O Neil digs a good body shot into Dover's ribs.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scott gets a clinch. Scott manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Scott has a closed guard, preventing Abbot from standing up. Scott is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Abbot would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Abbot avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Abbot tries to bum rush Scott with a series of wild strikes but Scott uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Abbot throws out a loose jab but Scott uses good head movement to avoid it. Houston throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kross on the side of the head. Kross thows a body shot but no joy. Houston misses with a straight left. A shot to the liver by Houston. Beautiful body shot. Houston lands a right hook to the body.
Houston tests Kross's chin there with a solid looking shot. Kross shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Houston manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Houston looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Houston is working hard here to advance position. Houston looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Kross keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Houston's head.

I think Rothschild might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Light. Lewis comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Justin Moore - I Could Kick Your Ass kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Rothschild takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Rothschild chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lewis can pounce on him.

Rothschild lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Eli Takesian just wasn't active enough. A punch lands to the side of Cd 's head but he takes it in his stride. Takesian is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Cd can do to turn this around?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Takesian feints a jab promting Cd to slip. Takesian then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Cd slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Takesian digs a good hook to Cd's body.

Eli Takesian is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Cd on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Takesian throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cd. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Takesian throws a head kick that Cd semi-blocks.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Redenbacher jabs at Matazz's body. A left and a right from Matazz both land. Nice combination.

Matazz fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Redenbacher looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Matazz connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Redenbacher momentarily.
Raz Matazz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Matazz lands a really nice looking cross but Redenbacher seems unphased.
A head kick misses from Matazz. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Redenbacher walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Redenbacher blocks a low kick nicely. A good leg kick by Matazz. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raz Matazz dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's time! Back to the action!
Crunch! Matazz slams his shin into Redenbacher's torso. Redenbacher tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Matazz throws a nice outside leg kick. Matazz paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Matazz scores with the left hand. Redenbacher knows he should have avoided that one. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Redenbacher throws a leg kick that is checked and Matazz makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Matazz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Redenbacher manages to avoid it. Matazz throws a head kick that misses. Redenbacher with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Matazz to score with a decent uppercut. Matazz sizes up Redenbacher with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Redenbacher is rocked! Redenbacher is breathing heavily. Nice jab there from Matazz. Redenbacher is still on wobbly legs! Can Matazz finish him? Matazz cracks Redenbacher with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Redenbacher falls to his knees and Matazz doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Raz Matazz! Raz Matazz bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
