Loberjones slips a jab and a cross from Skyes.
Skyes falls off balance throwing a combination
and Loberjones makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Loberjones walks into a straight right hand from Skyes.

It looks like Mike Loberjones has been cut.
Skyes's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Skyes duly obliges.
Loberjones fails to land the takedown.

Skyes sends Loberjones crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Skyes is motioning to the referee to let Loberjones up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Loberjones is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Loberjones slips a jab and a cross from Skyes.
Oh Loberjones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Loberjones throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Skyes's head.
Loberjones looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Skyes is fending him off so far but Loberjones persists. Nope, Skyes circles away and we're back to standing.
A combination from Skyes does no damage.
Skyes slips a jab and a cross from Loberjones.

Skyes feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Loberjoness jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Skyes closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Loberjones out cold! Loberjones corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Craig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pantero Athrox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Craig might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Heat Seeking Ghost of Sex . Jonny Craig had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Jonny Craig is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Athrox misses with a takedown attempt - Craig sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Athrox shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Craig napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Athrox is working to tighten is grip on Craig's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Craig has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Athrox is really squeezing tight and eventually Craig passes out! Athrox breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Diaz tries to clinch up but Cote circles away and keeps his distance.
Cote throws a leg kick but Diaz checks it.
Diaz closes the distance and clinches up with Cote, looking for a takedown. Diaz pushes Cote against the cage but Cote circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Diaz misses with a leg kick.
Diaz throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Diaz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cote pinned against the cage. Cote gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Diaz throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Diaz tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Cote manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Cote throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like Nick Diaz has been cut.
Diaz pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Cote back to the cage. Diaz follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Diaz.
Mark Cote has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nick Diaz.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cote is looking to land body kicks.
Cote scores with a one two! Diaz had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Diaz tries to close the distance and clinch but Cote swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Oooooh!!! Cote has knocked Diaz down with a huge combo! Cote steps away and waves a wobbly Diaz back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Nick Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Cote moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Diaz! Cote continues to tee off on Diaz, landing with a left and a right! Cote connects with a right hand that leaves Diaz sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Cote!

Brown throws a body punch but Norman moves out of range.
Brown stuns Norman with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Brown throws a hook but Norman avoids it easily.
Norman misses with a straight right.
Brown throws a series of punches but Norman avoids them all with ease.
Brown lands a lovely overhand right.

Norman drives through with a takedown into guard.
Brown wants to sweep here but Norman controlling him for the moment.

Brown is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Norman trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Brown working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Norman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Norman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
