The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ojentaja lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Apollyon backs up against the cage.
Ojentaja really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Apollyon! Ojentaja is out on his feet! Apollyon rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Ojentaja is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Ojentaja is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Taylor ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Taylor throws out a token jab with nothing on it. A looping hook to the body misses from Velcic. Taylor does a little dance to reset his feet. Velcic forces Taylor back against the cage and clinches. Still in the clinch, Velcic scores with a nice short uppercut. Taylor throws an elbow but it's blocked.

It looks like Jason Taylor has been cut. Taylor makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Taylor is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Taylor tries to throw a body punch but Velcic avoids it by throwing Taylor back against the cage. Velcic throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Taylors head. Velcic lands a shot to the body. Taylor fails to pull the fight into his guard.
A frustrated look appears on Taylor's face as he tries to break the clinch. Velcic lands a right hand. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A body shot lands from Velcic.
Taylor jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Velcic walks away with a smile on his face. Taylor gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Velcic shoots in for a takedown but Taylor shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Velcic fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Taylor, pushing him back against the cage. Velcic lands a body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A short left from Velcic. Velcic gets through Taylor's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Taylor on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. A solid body kick from Velcic. Taylor is breathing heavily. Taylor on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Velcic dips to his left and cracks Taylor with an uppercut! Velcic fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Velcic throws out a leg kick but Taylor moves out of range and Velcic only half commits. Velcic connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Velcic scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Taylor doesn't seem bothered though. Velcic lands with a straight right. Taylor didn't see that one coming. Velcic takes the fight into the clinch.

Taylor throws a looping overhand right but Velcic ducks down to avoid it. Velcic clobbers Taylor with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Taylor is rocked! Velcic gets in close and instigates a clinch. Taylor takes a shot to the head. Oh Taylor is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Velcic scores with a shoulder strike. Velcic lands with a short shot to the head. Taylor on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
