Condit is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by RAWR. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Turbs misses with a takedown attempt - Condit sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Condit instigates a clinch.

Sammy Turbs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Condit stalks Turbs and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Turbs's face. Turbs staggers backwards, shaken.
Turbs looks to clinch
and Condit makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Condit scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Condit goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Turbs tries to score a power double leg takedown but Condit sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Turbs somewhat.
Decent striking displayed by Condit there.
Condit scores with a one two! Turbs had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Condit, as that shot connected.
Condit works Turbs's body with a nice hook.

Condit lands a nice shot to the body.
Turbs takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Condit lands a body punch.
Condit scores with a hook to the body.

Condit escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Turbs shoots in for a takedown but Condit shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Turbs takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Condit lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Condit is working the combinations to good effect here.

Condit shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Turbs eats them both and turns towards Condit to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Condit is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Turbs rather than just go for the knockout.
Turbs shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Condit throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Turbs.
Turbs looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Condit is fending him off so far but Turbs persists. Nope, Condit circles away and we're back to standing.
Condit pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Turbs back to the cage. Condit follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Turbs tries to score a power double leg takedown but Condit sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Turbs somewhat.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Turbs.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Turbs fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Turbs. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Turbs closes the distance and clinches up with Condit, looking for a takedown. Turbs pushes Condit against the cage but Condit circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Jiminez feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Bova sprawling to the canvas! Bova rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jiminez finish him?!
Oh Bova is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bova ducks into an uppercut from Jiminez and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
